I walk in the store, the stock and selection of just about every need,whim,want and didn't know I could get is in this store. Clean, well organized and Immensely helpful, courteous man named Sam. Thank you for all your help, I will definitely be back regularly. They even carry insense, candles and burners for your smoking ambience and covers the scent. It is actually located in the "South Side 9 Plaza," in the shopping center right past the CVS on the right (if you are going South). I only mention this because when my boyfriend and I got directions from the address listed on Yelp, it told us we had "arrived" about a mile away from where the shop actually is. I am *fairly* new to the "vape world," starting with the Aspire Atlantis Sub-Ohm kit last December, and just recently upgrading to the eleaf 40w TC box mod. I do not/never plan to build my own coils, am extremely intimidated by 18650 batteries, still don't completely know what a sub ohm is (ha), and even trying to understand temperature and wattage make my head spin at times. Needless to say, I have a lot of questions. All of the vape shops I had visited prior to Smoke N Vape were in North Jersey, and all of them had one thing in common--they were pretentious, used jargon I couldn't possibly be expected to understand as a beginner, and were "know it alls" that pressured me into believing their favorite tank/mod/juice/etc. was the best and only way to go. Smoke N Vape was the first vape shop I have ever felt comfortable in. The guy who helped my boyfriend and I was not only friendly and knowledgable, but actually ENCOURAGED us to ask questions. They had a HUGE selection of e-juices, all of which we were able to try before purchasing. It is clear that most employees of vape shops that I have come across are really into it, and I think that is great. But in my opinion, if you enjoy something that much, you should be just as excited to share your knowledge about it with other people--not make them feel inadequate. I had a great experience at Smoke N Vape, and plan to return there for any future purchases I make.

Whoever was working at Vape Ringz yesterday (Saturday, 8/22/2021 @ about 12 PM) needs to be fired…read more I went to Smoke Ringz today to purchase a product that I remembered them carrying from the last time I was there. The associate at Smoke Ringz was unfamiliar with the product and said they did not carry it. Confused, I called Vape Ringz across the street to ask if I was mistaken about them carrying the product. The man who answered at Vape Ringz (referring to the Smoke Ringz associate) said "Oh, she's just a stupid *****." Taken aback, I told the Vape Ringz associate that he should not speak that way about his coworker. He responded by shouting "Oh yeah, well what are you going to do about it?" in an extremely aggressive and violent tone. I will NEVER buy anything from Smoke Ringz or Vape Ringz ever again. I've had problems with their associates being rude before, but never aggressive or border-line violent like this. I just feel terrible for the Smoke Ringz associate that the Vape Ringz associate insulted.

Their prices are good--not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. What I REALLY liked about this shop is that if you don't have a dripper but want to try the juices that they carry, they have them all in subtank minis. This is a great departure from the norm as you can really get a good feel for what the juices taste like instead of only getting muted flavors only to get home and realize that the juice is not to your liking and goes into the "head cold" box. What is the head cold box, you ask. It is the box of juices that you only vape when you have a head cold and can't taste the juice anyway. Their gear selection is not the largest I've ever seen but the stuff they do have is great quality. The guys who work there are very knowledgable and extremely friendly. Overall, I would suggest stopping by to check them out.
