So, it says Army & Navy and I get that as they do have a crazy amount of Carhartt and some other "Army & Navy" type items, but it's so much more. Ladies, come here to get your man some nice looking and hip threads and gentlemen this place has some really nice stuff for your casual wear. Ladies, the clothes and shoes for us are a bit limited, but I was able to score some Nike running shirts on super sale with 40% off. Now guys, they have Woolrich, Pendleton, Obey, Carhartt and so much more. I literally wanted my guy to buy everything. Cozy and warm flannel jackets, fresh hoodies, button downs, really great and unique blazers and I'm not talking JCrew here. Most of this stuff had a bit of flavor, and I liked every bit of it. We happened to roll up on a ginormous sale which totally helped, but man, what a great selection. A few other things I noticed - really great designer shades like Gucci and Carrera and some really great shoes, think Nikes and Clarks (again mostly for guys). Definitely some great retail for those men who like that upscale urban street wear.

So if you are going be prepared to circle around a few times. I did find metered parking a block away. I went directly to the lady whose name I was given to hold the shirt for me. We looked for other sizes with and without the school logo. We found 1 without the logo so I had to special order the emblem. I placed the order on August 11, 2021. They use the excuse everybody has now of days "because of COVID the order could take 4 weeks or longer" ‍. A month later I called for an update and was told because of the storm there is a delay. Called back 3 weeks after that and the order still wasn't ready. Called back 2 months later only to be told oh we called you a week ago and left a message your order was ready. Turns out they somehow had the wrong number. Between the horrible parking and long wait I probably will not return to this location.

While their online services look to be extremely comprehensive, getting in touch with anyone from…read morethe company seems to be impossible. I sent a quote request which included multiple supporting documents and never heard back. On their website, they say quote requests are usually fulfilled in three days. After a week, I sent an "inquiry" to them, waited a couple of days, and still received no response. I sent a second inquiry, and still didn't hear back from them. After three weeks went by, I contacted their customer support line that I found on Better Business Bureau. The customer service rep told me the only person in the company that could talk to me about the status of my job was a guy who usually came in during the afternoons, but it was hit and miss whether he came in at all. She said she'd leave a message with him. I waited a couple days before calling back. The customer rep told me that the guy didn't come in the day she left the message, but she'd leave him another message. It's now been a month and I still haven't heard back from any Stylus Apparel representative about the status of my job.
