Never got a quote . So my husband called she gave him a verbal quote after asking all the information over again . Said she'd email it, and never did . I called again this morning at 8:00 and was promised an email and never got ​​one once again. Both my​ husband and I tried calling today & no one picked up the phone but a recording came on and never directed us to at answering machine to leave a message for a call back . We called for over an hour with the same response . No one ever picked up . If they have caller ID they could look and see how many times we called with no answer . Frustrated with no regard for customer service called someone else and spoke to a live person who gave me the quote over the phone and emailed me while I was on the phone . I now have an appointment to get a trailer hitch put on my car next Monday . That is what I call service ! If you don't want to lose business you need to replace Celeste as a receptionist or train her better to do her job because my experience was ridiculous! I will no longer do business with WELDRITE again nor any of my colleagues I share this story with. If this is the way you do business you might want to look at a better business plan and get a responsive receptionist that is friendly & organized and responsive to customers.
