Unfortunately, communication with PetLimo has been extremely poor throughout the process. They rarely answer phone calls, emails, or text messages, leaving families with little information and a great deal of uncertainty. However, I see they do have time to reply other bad reviews. What is most frustrating is the apparent lack of compassion and consideration for the families involved. This is already a stressful and emotional process, yet my relatives are scheduled to travel within hours and still have not received a required document. At this point, we do not even know whether travel plans will need to be changed at the last minute. The service is also very expensive. Unfortunately, customers often do not have the ability to choose another provider and are effectively required to use PetLimo as part of the process. Perhaps because of this, customer service does not seem to be a priority. We are now facing the possibility of additional travel to Miami, extra costs, and last-minute changes because of the lack of communication. The entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. Families deserve timely communication, transparency, and empathy, specially when they are entrusting a beloved pet to the process. Based on our experience, our family would not recommend PetLimo if you have other options available.

Last minute my husband had to extend his trip by a couple of weeks and our dog walker was not available as he was going to be out of town as well. I was getting worried on what to do and who could I trust to take care of our babies. I didn't just want to go on one of those dog walking apps and let just anyone in my home and in my dog's life( I'm very over protective of the them). I asked one of my friends and they said that his dog walker might be available and I was given servets contact information. I explained what was going on and he was happy to come by introduce himself and come meet the babies. As soon as he walked in the door I knew he was going to be a perfect addition to our family. Our babies bumrushed him and would not stop playing with him licking him from head to toe and sitting by his side. I went over thier routine for walking and feeding and went for a test walk. Our babies loved him. They are super strong for thier size and he was able to handle them with ease. He didn't just walk them and leave. He stayed and played with them, sent me pictures and videos every day. One our babies wasn't feeling good and started having very bad diarrhea. He has a very sensitive stomach and when that happens he has to go to the vet to get checked out. Servet was concerned for my baby and persistently offered to take him to the vet for me (which is a good 30 min drive to Weston) knowing I wouldn'tbe able to for a day or two. We are super grateful he was there not only to be a dog walker but to be a fill in dad while we were away.
