Since I had tons of unpleasant experience with other pet sitting companies, I was not expecting even good service. Especially, with their very reasonable price. I just wanted basic to keep my kitties alive. First, I had zoom meeting with the orner. When I finished paperwork and opened my portal page, I was in awe to find that she all typed up my zoom interview into clear instruction. My traveling days, another person (not the owner) came to cat sitting. She texted me the details with some pictures. I was very relieved to hear about how my cats were doing. She sent me text messages on second day as well. Not only she took very good care of my cats, she offered some other chore while she was staying at my place. OMG, wonderful work ethic. Great Safe Service for our Bella! This was the first time we had to reach out to a pet service to watch our Weimaraner as our current sitter was on vacation. Alexandra came to our house to meet Bella, explain her services and to understand Bella's needs. Alexandra took notes, ensured us everything would be taken care of. That night we received an email that covered everything we discussed. What makes everything reassuring with Alexandra service is the pictures and messages she provides. We knew when the sitter arrived, pictures of Bella getting her medication, food, water and even while she was walked. This happened every visit and everyday without a hitch. This was my first time using a pet sitter- as it was nerve wracking trying to find someone I could trust with my two miniature schnauzers! When I met Hector I knew he was going to be wonderful- but I had no idea! BOTH Hector and Maritza are wonderful, kind and caring people who truly love my ladies. They kept me in the loop and sent me photos every day I was away. They also didn't have the easiest time with my building's security but they were completely professional and kept me in the loop the whole time! I hired Sitter4Paws to take care of my two cats for a week over Christmas, and I cannot explain how impressed I am with the service I received. I was hesitant to board my cats at a facility nearby, with one of them being a young, crazy kitten. Each day, I received prompt updates on the cats, along with photos of the kitties, their food, and their litter boxes. When I came back, their litter boxes were immaculate and everything looked just as I had left it. Alexandra came to the home to meet us prior to the visits, and she made us feel so comfortable with the situation. This service was AMAZING!!! My dog, Penelope, is super picky and super spoiled but was able to warm up to her walkers/sitter. The staff was extremely patient, loving, and kind. She became friends quickly and didn't suffer from any anxiety or distress. This was the first time I was ever leaving her to a service. I was nervous and anxious but the staff shared daily updates and pictures. This definitely helped give me peace of mind and comfort while out of the country. I will use them again and again. We couldn't have been happier with Sitter4Paws Broward. Alexandra and Daniela was super responsive, nice, tech savvy, and they truly cared for our pets as if they were their own.
