The place seems rather small compared to an amusement park like Six Flags, but it's just enough. Kids can easily spend 30 minutes - 1 hour in just one location so I really like how they can enjoy their time and casually play without parents feeling overwhelmed to get everything done to maximize the amount of money spent. We didn't host a birthday party here, but there were other parties booked. I don't know how much it costs, but let me say that the decorations were beautiful! I'm not sure if it was included or if the parents decorated themselves, but if you wanted to go all out for your child, you certainly can. The staff were also ALL super sweet and friendly! The place plans for everything, like rain. They had numerous umbrellas for patrons to use within the grounds. When it started to rain, all the staff were asking if we needed umbrellas, and one even was willing to run in the rain to get us one! The jungle room with the jumpers has 3 big inflatables. We decided we wanted them to make popcorn and we bought dippin dots so we only had to bring in drinks and a cake. They have an ice bucket and ice for a small charge or you can bring your own. They practically set the room up for us and they cleaned up for us as well. We had a very small group of kids and parents and it was perfect for us. You know what the suggestion is for party guests: kid's age +1. 6 was perfect for us. But they can accommodate a lot more- 25 I think. It costs as much as pump it up but you get a private space, set up and clean up, and the place is cleaner than clean. She was very friendly, and even though she recognized me from my initial review, she was patient enough with me to explain what happened during my first visit. I explained that the prices for the tables had changed from 6.95 to 8 she pointed out that the table prices on her website were the same as those she had charged me. (They were 6.95 on the website the last time we had reviewed them before the rental.) When I explained that I couldn't find the terms she pointed to her website and under the "About" tab were the terms and conditions. She also placed another hyperlink at the bottom of a 30 plus list of hyperlinks on her main page. And again under quick links at the bottom of the page. She also pointed out that her website is under construction and apologized that it wasn't clear. It should be noted that the Credit Card surcharge is for "over-the-phone" transactions and we did ours face-to-face so there shouldn't have been any surcharge. Because of her customer service, I felt obliged to add another star to the review. But until we can come to an agreement about the surcharge and the website is updated to be made more clear, I can't give the establishment three stars.
