This is for an inhouse sewage sump pump for our lower level. Here is a quote from their email... "then our materials or any business that sells materaisl has a mark up, ours is 55-65% (depending on the material , large items are a little less than smaller itmes such as fittings) so a little more double the actual cost of the materials is a good rule of thumb so your bill was 1750 600 in materials so 1400 there then the 300 an hour ( thats a minumum charge for a site visit) so thats where the 1750 came from" If the material was even marked up just 65% it would have only came to $990 not $1,400.
