They spent three days working to correct all the deficiencies. They did a great job, even though they had to spend a lot of time about 10 feet or more above the stairs on a ladder. Tom even found me a lid to my downstairs toilet, and he didn't charge me for it. The lid had been broken when a cabinet fell off the wall.
