I called BJs in Leominster to talk to Customer Service about the problem and let them know the insert said to call the manufacturer(in China), not the retailer. An awesome customer service rep named Katie told me to come on in and they'd take the missing parts from another box so my son could complete the assembly today. One think that I hate about this store and many other stores (non-BJs) is that they periodically move items/reorganize the store. So, if you go in for specific items and you know exactly where they are, SURPRISE!, it's not there and you have to search around the entire store to find it. This practice is obnoxious and not isolated to BJs.

It's huge inside and she has helped me find the #lot(s) of my winnings. You do have to arrive prepared to pack ( if need be) , box or bag what you've won . Then there are the stairs which I've learned to take my time with. So I won '2' auctions today and paid/picked up the items. I've already searched the current listings which will end at noon next Saturday. ... I may be back!

They…read morewere retained by my 90 year old mother for full " turn key services" Part of the promised service was to bring all useable household items to auction. Although they partially did perform, only the furniture in poorest condition did appear. Our best antique furniture as well as a lovely futon and I count well as over 30 small items have not gone through their site yet. One item was shown as sold yet it is now missing from archives from previous auctions. When I ask for an explanation either am ignored or I am responded to in an intimidating aggressive manner but still no answer of where my mother's items are. She had those antique furniture pieces for over 70 years but had to down size and was assured she would receive much needed money for them. Much time and aggravation spent to get justice for a 90 year old. I would say if you have items they say they will auction take photos of each item. Question the inventory list of sold if all items are not accounted for when the check is received. Do not cash check if items and if not resolved would suggest getting BBB involved. Maybe my mothers situation is the result of a misunderstanding of some sort and will be resolved but If not it would be a misjustice for a 90 year old client that expects honesty from a business.

Avoid this Printhouse at all costs! I had an order of 200 units and roughly half of the order was…read moreunusable. Took it up with claims and they did not want to remedy the situation. 40/40 of the white tees I ordered arrived with the wrong color printed on them. Emulsion took responsibility and said it was there lack of attention to detail that caused the error, they reprinted and did the right thing. It only goes down from here. The lack of attention to detail and carelessness continued when I opened the box of hoodies. The embroidery on the front center was left of center and inconsistent through out the 40 units And I was able to use 5/40. 12/40 were the complete wrong color hoodie, and emulsion blames the distributor ( but how do you not make your customer more aware of this besides in the fine print ?) another 8 or so all had the threads pulling on them on the embroidery. 4 or so had blue die sneered on them that I was unable to remove with standard cleaning products. Chris from emulsion claims office declared that only 8 of the hoodies had issues and would reprint them. Now I'm left with more than 20 hoodies that I can't sell and scammed out of $600 (roughly). Additionally 30/80 crew necks I ordered are misprints and don't have full coverage from the screen printing. haven't heard back from them on this but assuming they'll take no blame once again. Chris is miserable to work with and actually said he didn't know why I was so upset. Maybe because my $4,600 order arrived in the worst condition out of any print shop I've worked with? The day that Alex guaranteed my items would be ready for pickup I had an email at 1pm from a production employee asking me to resend my files of the artwork (even though I had over a month ago and they were approved) safe to say my items weren't ready that day. Don't trust their guarantees on when your items will be ready for pickup or when they will return calls or emails. Scammy and sleezy team and company who takes no pride in their work!

I got a pound of penne and it was around $6., it was good but I seriously wouldn't know the difference if someone cooked it for me, I would assume it came from a box that I got at the grocery store.
