This place is a danger to public heath…read more Two months ago I had to argue with an employee to get him to cover his nose with his mask and move at least six feet away from the narrow check out area so I could complete my purchase. Eventually he complied, but no customer should ever have to argue with an employee like that. Yesterday I was there again and saw the same employee with his mask completely lowered, exposing both his mouth and his nose. I immediately left without completing my shopping list and have no intention of ever returning.

Then my $20 bill disappeared while I was looking for change in my purse. Did I put it in my purse because that woman was right at my elbow? Did she swipe it? Or the worker? I went to Home Depot in Leominster, Mass to buy 2 new toilets for my new home. The service was…read morenonexistent and deplorable. (and that is being kind) There was no one around to help me with questions, finding or lifting the toilets. In the box, they weigh over 100 pounds per toilet.   I had 2 customers that helped me! One helped me put the toilets on the flat cart and 1 to help me put them in my car. I had no help finding the flat cart, (not a regular customer) and was disrespected and insulted right to my face since another customer was cuter than I was... and he chose to walk away and help someone else. The other coworker laughed when it happened. I doubt you were raised to treat people so poorly. There was no one available to help me load my car, a customer saw me struggling and came over to help me get into my car. He then gave me tips on how to get it into my home. Thank you to the strangers. I need to return a couple of items that were not needed... guess I will be going to another HOME DEPOT to get my credit. Never again to the Home Depot in Leominster.
