I hired two independent HVAC companies for separate diagnoses. Both found significant dust and corrosion throughout the control boards and documented their findings with photos. I have repeatedly contacted Eco Air by phone and email, but they have not responded or accepted responsibility. I have now had to pay multiple diagnostic fees and face substantial repair costs. He thoroughly cleaned all the split systems, 6 of them. He also answered several of questions. He also checked the fluid level for outdoor units. We can tell the difference from the air coming out of the ACs post cleaning. It was 7th year out of the 12 year contract.
