I hired professionals in response to a leak I was seeing in my washer/dryer room. After two previously failed attempts from other professionals, Dmitry was able to locate the leak and where it was coming from. I had been having issues with a PTAC installed by a different company since day 1. The original installer and a different company I contacted could not figure out the problem and instead blamed my thermostat. Sam from Fusion quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In addition to fixing the problem with my PTAC, Fusion has also been helping me plan a modern replacement for my PTACs. These guys are great. Had a dishwasher issue - after cleaning the filter and other parts, we noticed that a piece of the sump pump (that the filter attaches to) was melted and deformed. So we couldn't put the filter back on. Pieces of it were all over (I.e. in the jets, etc.). So we ordered a replacement sump pump, but did not feel comfortable doing the repair/replace ourselves. Dmitry to the rescue. He was on time, pleasant and efficient. Turns out the sump pump was shredded in part by broken glass. He pulled out and opened up the dishwasher, checked everything, removed the glass and other pieces from the dishwasher internals, and replaced the pump. Dishwasher now runs fine. Saved us a few $ - no need to buy a new dishwasher! Not "cheap", but good value. Highly recommend. read more

The communication with the company was fast and they quickly located a replacement HVAC machine for my apartment. A few days later, they removed my old HVAC machine, and installed the new HVAC. I had them come in and perform a "diagnostic" for my HVAC which is $100 just to come and check up what's going on. They don't repair on the spot. They go back to their office and take 5 days for an estimate, JUST for an estimate, then have to schedule an actual REPAIR day, which takes another couple of days. They were supposed to give me an estimate within the next day or two but never followed up. They kept telling me to wait, and all they asked for is to pay the $100. It's boiling hot outside and they're making us wait for no definite reason. I am so glad Jack and his team showed unprofessionalism before they started working on my house. When the technician (Roman) was running late, they kept in contact with us to make sure it was ok that he came later.
