I noticed that the air coming out of my two window AC units smelled musty and worried they might have mold (they did). I messaged HVAC Repair via Yelp, they responded immediately with multiple appointment times (some as soon as the next morning) and told me that the total cost, which starts at $285, would be provided after the full inspection. The technicians showed up on-time (a few minutes early, actually) and had the job completed in an hour and a half. They took before and after pictures (the amount of mold in one of my AC units was frankly horrifying) and explained what they did. They did an excellent job cleaning them out and I'm so happy with the service. The final cost ended being $265 per unit for a total $597.97 after 8.875% sales tax and a 3.95% credit card surcharge (which can be avoided by paying via Zelle or in cash). read more

Our AC stopped working during a heatwave, and this HVAC team came to the rescue. They showed up the same day, fixed the unit efficiently, and even gave us tips on how to keep it running longer. Great customer service, honest pricing, and the house has never been cooler. I'll definitely call them again. read more

I hired professionals in response to a leak I was seeing in my washer/dryer room. After two previously failed attempts from other professionals, Dmitry was able to locate the leak and where it was coming from. Surprisingly it was not from the machine, but from the duct above, which is connected to the bathroom. He cleaned and suggested the duct cover replacement. Very professional, courteous and really stuck around to help resolve. read more

I had been having issues with a PTAC installed by a different company since day 1. The original installer and a different company I contacted could not figure out the problem and instead blamed my thermostat. Sam from Fusion quickly identified the problem and fixed it. In addition to fixing the problem with my PTAC, Fusion has also been helping me plan a modern replacement for my PTACs. Overall, I would recommend them as a very professional partner in maintaining your hvac system. You may find other companies which are cheaper, but I still think Fusion is a great value given their expertise and that they can reliably fix problems for good. read more

Updated review after a very considerate conversation with Arthur: Arthur showed his sincere concern and very professionally and personally apologized for the inconvenienced caused by the visit from Fusion HVAC & Appliance Repair. Amidst a time where many companies falter in customer service, not only did Arthur meet expectations, he exceeded in providing a solution to try and remedy the situation. He understood and acknowledged our fair response to the inconvenience caused and credited us back a very reasonable amount. If you want effective and speedy customer service, I would greatly consider using this company. read more

These guys are great. Had a dishwasher issue - after cleaning the filter and other parts, we noticed that a piece of the sump pump (that the filter attaches to) was melted and deformed. So we couldn't put the filter back on. Pieces of it were all over (I.e. in the jets, etc.). So we ordered a replacement sump pump, but did not feel comfortable doing the repair/replace ourselves. Dmitry to the rescue. He was on time, pleasant and efficient. Turns out the sump pump was shredded in part by broken glass. He pulled out and opened up the dishwasher, checked everything, removed the glass and other pieces from the dishwasher internals, and replaced the pump. Dishwasher now runs fine. Saved us a few $ - no need to buy a new dishwasher! Not "cheap", but good value. Highly recommend. read more

Very professional and efficient. showed up on time, identified the oven problem quickly and remedied the issue promptly

We had a dryer that needed repair. I had used Fuse before with a HVAC unit. They are: 1.) highly responsive 2.) courteous and respectful 3.) accommodating 4.) had all of the COVID paperwork that our building required for vendors and got it to me in a day! I am super happy with them and would highly recommend. Special shout out to: Max, Nina and George for their awesome work. read more

The service was fantastic. Their pricing is competitive with other companies. I had them run a diagnostic on my HVAC machine, but I decided, ultimately, to have the HVAC machine replaced. The communication with the company was fast and they quickly located a replacement HVAC machine for my apartment. A few days later, they removed my old HVAC machine, and installed the new HVAC. I also had them clean my ducts. Overall, a great company, with good communication, and amazing service. The technicians are very capable. read more

Fusion called me immediately and set up the soonest appointment available. Both techs were professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I have found them to be fair with their pricing and their work comes with a 6 month guarantee. All in all I'm super happy! read more

My original review is below and my rating was low at the time. As a disclaimer, I cannot speak to the quality of their services because unfortunately I was not able to receive it. However, after encountering some difficulties, Arthur, the owner contacted me personally and tried his best to amend the situation. He is thoughtful and serious, true to his words, and I very much appreciated his effort. He has also let me know that this would never happen again. If you choose to work with them, I'd encourage anyone to speak to him as I believe he would take good care of you and your situation. Initial review; After several messages and giving them the issue, full name, address, phone number, and timeframe we both agreed on, they did not confirm the appointment. Very difficult to work with. read more

The tech was amazing and cleaned up behind himself This time around my refrigerator was making noise and the freezer was over freezing. Our tech George was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He explained that there was a huge piece of ice blocking the fan and defrosted our refrigerator. The customer service, price and professionalism can not be beat.I highly recommend this company and their services. read more

AVOID AVOID. I REPEAT, AVOID at all costs. Bunch of crooks and uncompetitive people working here. I had them come in and perform a "diagnostic" for my HVAC which is $100 just to come and check up what's going on. They don't repair on the spot. They go back to their office and take 5 days for an estimate, JUST for an estimate, then have to schedule an actual REPAIR day, which takes another couple of days. They were supposed to give me an estimate within the next day or two but never followed up. They kept telling me to wait, and all they asked for is to pay the $100. It's boiling hot outside and they're making us wait for no definite reason. I am so glad Jack and his team showed unprofessionalism before they started working on my house. Dodged a bullet. read more

Of course my oven died right as I was trying to bake something.... on a Friday night. Reached out Saturday night and got a reply right away. Booked my appointment on Sunday for Monday service call. Tech was able to identify problem and fix my oven on the spot. Owner Alex was very responsive on chat and Tech George was professional and on time. Very reasonable price. Most importantly- my oven broke Friday , now working on Monday. Easy quick and attentive. Happy to refer them out to anyone needing appliance repair. Price on the chat (before diagnosis) was the same as the price I was quoted when tech was here. read more

We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the tech who came to our house for a furnace fix. He was a very nice guy and meant well, but there was an obvious solution that was overlooked. They reached out when we were not satisfied and he even came over personally to make it right. They handled it honestly and personably, which says a lot about how they handle customer service. While this one may not have been the most seamless repair encounter, I would try them again in the future. read more

Although they could not fix my LG VRF system as they are not authorized for that particular system, they came out and took a look and told me immediately they couldn't fix it. Additionally, they accommodated us immediately to give us an appointment when nobody else would. They also were kind enough to let us know promptly so we didnt send money uncessarily for the diagnostic fee. They clearly prioritize good customer service relations. read more

We had an issue with our heat not turning on at the tail end of winter while we were away, and finally got around to getting it looked at. Fusion HVAC was quick to respond and their upfront fee of having a tech come out to diagnose the problem, which would then be applied to the service should you choose to go forward, seemed very fair and reasonable. Dmitry came out within a few days of our call, was on time, extremely polite, and courteous of our space. He diagnosed the issue quickly, answered questions we had, told us the part that would have to be ordered, and we would receive an estimate via email. We received the estimate quickly, pricing seemed fair. The part came in quickly, and within a few days, repair was scheduled, and again completed by Dmitry. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fusion HVAC again. If you've ever had to hire out for repairs in nyc, you know it's a massive gamble, glad to have found a trustworthy and reasonably priced company. read more

George at Fuse repair is an exceptional professional. Easy going, very knowledgeable and patient with a clear explanation of issues. Fuse Repair has also been outstanding with communication, scheduling and fair pricing. No need to call anyone else. 100% reliable and trustworthy company. Finally can relax about our old appliances. As a matter of fact, will call them about our HVAC system. Thank you George! Thank you Fuse! read more

Great communication, the technician showed up first thing on labor day to fix my AC. The cost was the best deal out of the several companies I requested quotes from. I called them second time, this was to service my air conditioners. They were very straightforward. They explained it would be a waste o service the a/c units because it would be more cost effective to buy new ones. I feel very comfortable in recommending Fuse HVAC because they explain your options clearly, which from my two experiences, is to pay for a repair. read more
