It's taken me awhile to write this since I do have other life priorities than writing reviews. But here it finally is. After they changed my front brakes, and let them convince me the rotors needed changed but...did not. What was I thinking?! Anyway...finally had funds to get the rear brakes done. Was given an estimate but then AFTER the brakes were done & I got the bill it was $200 higher (I realize and estimate is just that) however $200 when they couldn't get the ones quoted so got the more expensive ones, without telling me First! Considering I am barely surviving on SS (which they were aware of my financial constraints) but even if not...they should've told me BEFORE they did the job giving me the option to reschedule!! It wasn't a dire emergency! It wouldn't been the smart decision...it's just poor business sense if one really cares about retaining a customer! On top of that, the rotors unlike the front ones which aren't near as bad, have the greatest amount of brake dust I've ever experienced on my 19 yo car...it accumulates in less than 2 days! They constantly need Cleaned it's so horrendous and unsightly...and for $200 MORE?!?! Plus they Screech when I brake!! Unacceptable & Inexcusable!! I should've listened to a previous post to take business elsewhere. Another one bites the dust!! Literally! uUIp

He called me several more times Monday to make sure he had the correct parts for my vehicle. On Tuesday I brought the car to the shop. Two hours later it was fixed. John also advised there were several parts he had ordered in anticipation of need that were not needed. Which I know is a light ballast + 800 for the part and 300 to install it. $ 1700 just for the headlight. And what is funny is they're big headed and rude no customer service whatsoever, sent me a message requesting more information and when I called he was like you have to come and didn't listen to any of what I have to say. All he said bring it here and we charge 170 per hour to diagnose it.

I have been a customer of Mr Miller since he had the egg store I have never had any problems in all…read morethese years but a couple of weeks ago my fairly new mersadis started shaking so I took it to the oleander location they diagnosed it with bad moter mounts I told Anal that It didn't act like moter mounts he told me it was I told him to please check the car again and make sure he said no it's the mounts and assured me this would fix it then he over charged me and the next day the car left my wife stranded and she's a nurse so I took it back and then he wanted 800 dollars more for spark plugs and I told him that I have known the millers all my life and that was bad business practice and he said if you know the millers then you know how they do business so now he's lost my 4 vehicles and we have 4 children and they have cars to.
