We enjoyed a fig jam, and chicken and rosemary pizza for dinner, with two tiramisu options for dessert. Additionally, we tried two cocktails and wine. All of our food and drink options ended up being awesome! Service was fantastic, and we loved the bar seating where we could watch the pizzas be made in front of us. There is plenty of seating options and service / seating was fast. We will look forward to stopping here again in the future!

A BOUGIE pizza place? Yep! But is it also good? also yep! Everything that I've ever ordered here is always presented so nicely. The chef(s) really cares about how the food is presented. Deeper than that, the food is also of course very delicious. While a pizza place, their appetizers are very filling and yummy. For appetizers, we ordered their Mushroom Bruschetta, and Salt-Fired Fingerling Potatoes. Both were amazing--the house-made focaccia was flavorful and soft! Pizzas were great. I have tried several over a few visits to this place and even the oddest pairings--like their pepperoni and hot honey--were delicious! This place is great for a lunch or dinner out with friends, but is also a perfect date spot! The servers here are always friendly and have great recommendations.

the service was good. it was quite busy on friday night. we got there and only 2 seats open at the counter bar area so we took those. it would've been an hour wait if we didn't do that. i recommend doing a resy if friday or sat night. the food was good once we got it. the crust was a little wimpy but that must've been because of the honey but i like a little bit more firm crust. the ambiance was very good. the decor was quite nice and it was unique.

We enjoyed the restaurant month menu tonight, which exceeded our expectations. Special green old fashions, winter salad, citrus salad, mortadella pizza, Gorgonzola, apple, frisée salad, and limoncello tiramisu and caramel apple tiramisu. Spectacular meal and service!

We went there for lunch. We ordered salad and pizza. Food was amazing. Very delicious. Staff were friendly. Clean and feel welcomed. Good wine selection. We would love to go back there again.

Amazing! We came in from a road trip. Needed gluten free options and they nailed it. Everyone in our party enjoyed the pizzas they got. Perfectly wood fired and full of flavor with real ingredients. If you're looking for real pizza then this is the spot! My wife said that it was the best gluten free crust she has ever had. The regular crust pizzas were amazing. Cooked to perfection and served in a timely fashion. We even ordered another pep as we were going through the original order and the second order came up with quickness. They don't offer fountain drinks but have bottled coke as an option if you're needing that fizz. The fingerling potatoes with that Parmesan cream sauce was a great starter as well. The extra sauce I even used with my crust when the pizza came out. If we are ever in the Walla Walla area again, we will definitely be looking at fiascos as one of our main options. Definitely will be if we intend on ordering pizza.

This place is amazing! We had the Margarita pizza and the customized pizza with just pepperoni for toppings. The service was great the waiter was really nice and the design of the place is really cool, really recommend! 5/5 stars!

We had a lovely evening at fiasco on Main. We were greeted warmly. We sat properly at the pizza bar. We enjoyed the Bianca Rose pizza, the brussels sprouts, two Housemade, sodas, and the oven roasted brownie. Our server Briana was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The owner Tom talked with us multiple times and gave us excellent suggestions. Jonah The dough tosser was excellent and very attentive to the customers. We loved the warm yet elevated ambience and the beautiful lighting. The interior is stunning. We are eager to go back again.

Quirk has a really good selection of bevvies to whet your whistle. They have IPAs, Stout, ciders, etc... but they also have some Wine too! They don't make wine, but if you are more of a wine person, they offer wine too. So... they aren't just a beer place. They are so much more! Quirk lets you do a sampler tasting so my mom and I tried 3 beers and 2 ciders. The surprising one for me ... the Kolsch! I've had this style by other folks... and I hate it. Quirk's Kolsch however... I found quite enjoyable. It wasn't the funky, harsh, weird after-tasting kind like I had experienced at other places. Theirs is smooth, light and quite delightful. I now stand corrected that I don't hate all Kolsch. Thank you, Quirk for educating me. The 2 ciders we tried were quite tasty too! I really liked the drier one, Fuji Cider. It was not very sweet, it had an apple essence and you could tell you were drinking a cider with alcohol. The Honey Pear Cider was sweeter... more like a fizzy soda so it was dangerous to drink because I could easily pound a few of those and not realize the alcohol content. BONUS: They have a Mexican food truck on-site (Agapa's) serving up homemade eats that are handcrafted with care. Their tortillas are not the regular thin, flimsy store-bought kind. They are Homemade! So good! My mom and I weren't super-duper hungry so we shared the Huarache (I'm sure I didn't spell that correctly.) It's like a Tostada. Quite tasty and filling. All in All... a great spot at the Airport District so I highly recommend you stop in either on your way in or out from the airport.

Since the menu didn't indicate it was grilled or served hot, we expected a traditional cold sandwich. Instead, it arrived hot, which quickly wilted the lettuce to the point that we removed it. The ciabatta roll was also underwhelming--it was soft throughout and lacked the crisp, chewy crust that ciabatta is known for. The tater tots were just okay and seemed a bit overcooked or possibly freezer-burned. We were also surprised to see a charge for splitting a meal. We rarely ask to split dishes because my husband typically eats much more than I do, but it's the principle that bothered us. In today's dining environment, charging an extra fee simply to divide a plate feels outdated and unnecessarily nickel-and-diming customers.

Service was good, beer choices were plentiful and it was cold. Onion rings were delicious and highly recommend getting them with the jalapeño ranch, delicious. My 4 star comes from us ordering a custom pizza and asking for certain ingredients (and confirming with the server) and then our pizza came out a little different. We thought we were getting pepperoni, sausage, onion, green pepper and half of the pizza with artichoke. That turned into: pepperoni, sausage, red bell pepper and green onions (like scallions) and artichoke on one half. When the gal brought it out she said "we don't have bell pepper" so there obviously is a miscommunication with the guy we ordered with. It was edible, I was disappointed but it wouldn't stop me from going back and just knowing not to order that.
