We shared a sausage and jalapeno pepper pizza and I got wild drinkin' them seltzers! There's a cool spot that looks like kind of a window with 3 chairs and it's a cool spot to see the music. I was here once before when my friend Dave who owns top shelf karaoke did a show. I had a pizza when I came to see his karaoke show as well. Shannon Rose is a pretty cool little pub to check out!

To be honest, there was something missing in the carne asada so it tasted okay. Not only did we enjoy ourselves, but there was also a sip and paint with Bluemoon the same day we were there. That was a pretty cool little event! First time doing one! The hostess Gwen gave us two Bluemoon glasses and we painted them while we ate. I can definitely say I'm no artist but I tried my best lol! So definitely want to come back and try other dishes!

The building is sort of wedge-shaped and there is usually live music set up in the corner, which was the case the night we were there. Definitely a lot of regulars here and the bartenders are just great- very personable and make decent drinks. Walk in, sit down and they treat you just as well as a regular. My kind of service. The place is well lit and clean and the bathrooms are pleasantly nice. All in all a solid place to meet friends and just chill Parking lot behind the building or the street.

The food and atmosphere were alright, but unfortunately the experience at the end completely ruined the night for us. There was a misunderstanding with the gift certificate payment, and we honestly thought the tip had already been taken from the remaining balance when the check was processed. As we were walking back to our car, the waitress there (forget her name- only blonde, older, waitress there on a Wednesday night) suddenly came chasing after us in the parking lot. She ran to the door of the restaurant we just walked out of and yelled out to us "is there a reason you didn't leave me a tip?!?!" We were completely caught off guard and honestly embarrassed. We thought she had taken it off the gift certificate already (so I asked if there was a receipt of how much was left but I guess she just wrote it on the certificate and we didn't realize.) we still thought she took it off already. However, this was extremely embarrassing and could've been handled calmly as it was a misunderstanding. Very unprofessional and rude. Also our first experience here-- will definitely not be back. Also-- we were already at the car so my boyfriend proceeded to take out all the cash he had on him and gave her that tip-- she scuffed and didn't say thank you and just took the cash and went back inside! Drinks were watery... As in sitting too long stir up the ice and keep stirring. The food had some winners. We enjoyed our entrees of Branzino, Burger, Cajun Shrimp Pasta as well as our appetizers which included lamb chops and Calamari. We also had a mini-chicken and waffles appetizer... Really good. It was loud, slightly unruly, and some patrons were friendly while others were a bit out there, all things you'd come to expect at a bar on St Patrick's Day. Once my date and I spotted an open table, we quickly snagged it. After grabbing a few beers and putting in an order of onion rings, to my surprise I ran into an old friend who I haven't seen in years! They were perfectly battered, crispy, and clearly used some thickly cut onions (which IMHO, is one of the keys to a great onion ring).
