I called Allpro Carpet Cleaning and booked an appointment to have them see what they could do. The gentleman from Allpro arrived on time, was very friendly and seemed quite passionate about cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing my mattress. They had several service levels you could choose, from just a basic clean steam and extract, to a full featured sanitize. I opted for the full service as I really wanted to ensure a clean fresh mattress. He was finished in about 30 minutes at 3PM and I was sleeping on my dry & clean mattress by 11PM. After a couple days, I was still not satisfied with the smell of the mattress (it was a memory foam pillowtop which could easily hold on to stuff more than a traditional mattress & no one else in my house agreed that there was even a smell but I could smell it) so I called them back half expecting to have to fight to get them to return and work at it some more. Not only did they return within a couple days, they happily executed another more thorough clean and brought with them a special enzyme shampoo which effectively eliminated all odors. I can not recommend this company enough to someone who wants a real professional with a passion for clean. Allpro all the way!

I cancelled the whole order.Their line was busy for over two hours so I could not verify what they had quoted me. When I challenged their quote, in person, Victor lied and said he had not told me what I had clearly written down. Do not deal with these people: they are extremely shady and unprofessional.
