This carpet had been in a bedroom that was not used often, so the dirt was just from slippers. The larger rug now has an orange-line stain (see picture). I'm surprised by all of the excellent reviews since both of my rugs were not cleaned properly. The rugs were picked up, cleaned, and returned in under two weeks and the delivery men were pleasant and efficient.
