He informed me he had room for me the same day. I drove my rig over and he not only took care of the front wheel, I also mentioned having problem with one of my slides not working correctly. Tony and his crew took care of both problems and had my rig to me the same afternoon. Clean shop and very reasonable price.

We were kept appraised of the timeline as work went along. Although it took a little while due to supply chain issues in the RV industry here in Elkhart, it was WELL WORTH the wait. Our rig looks brand new. It's a beautiful job well done. We wouldn't hesitate to drive a distance to come back to Allegiant for any future repairs or service needs. Although it's a small shop, it's mighty. The staff is professional, courteous, and well skilled in dealing with any repair or body issues you might have with your RV. If you read the reviews on Google, they are a 5 star company in Middlebury, IN, and we can't say enough about how well we were treated and how beautiful our rig looks. We left a positive review there, too, we are so grateful for the awesome job you did. Thank you, to Tony, and the professional skilled people you have working for you. You are a true asset to the Elkhart RV industry.

When I dropped off the unit gentleman looked it over and nothing further was said. I was called a few days later by the gentleman, who advised the the total was $1185.65. I explained how I was told a ballpark number near $400. He said I don't know where the number would have come from. Picked up the unit today, stared a conversation about how much the cost differs from the ballpark quote. The owner very quickly stated he doesn't work for free and the lady never told me those numbers. He said either pay $1185 or leave the unit . I understand not working for free.. however nobody would accept a cost of three times the original ballpark without even a phone call to see if this is ok to proceed. Will never return and will advertise often about my experience. The requested work was not satisfactory either, didn't even do a complete reseal as asked, touched up the vents not new sealant, the lights were also not resealed either. See photos

My slide had to be removed for repairs and, because of manufacturing defects, some rotted floor had to be replaced, and some other issues along with electrical (again, a dealer caused problem). I stopped there on a trip and let them have it for 2 days and the work was done very well. They were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Even though they are 1,000 miles from my house, I will save any major repair that can make it here until I am on a trip so they can work on it. Very happy customer here.

My wife and I purchased a new 2025 32' Grand Design, Reflection 5th Wheel with the bunk house in…read moreOctober 2024 and prior to June of this year had only had it out twice. Then in June our nightmare of a vacation in 95-degree weather in Lake Shasta California. On the second night of our trip, a huge thumping noise began in the rear rooftop air-conditioner. We turned off the air conditioner and only used the fan option. As of then, the front air conditioner was working as normal. But that was short-lived. In the morning of the 3rd day, neither the air-conditioner nor fan option was working and there was a "Lo" warning flashing on both thermostats. I did a Google search on the "Lo" warning and the result said the warning sign had something to do with the 12-volt battery system. In an attempt to fix the 12-volt power warning, I replaced both relatively new (October 2024) 12-volt Interstate batteries with two new ones at a cost of over $300.00. That did not correct the problem and we had to wait until we got home to take the 5th wheel in for repairs of a brand new 5th wheel. In addition, when I pulled out of the steep roadway, I found that the rear auto-leveling jacks were mounted to low and scrapped the road surface. Just another disipointment. My point of this review is, how foolish of me to think that if I paid for a $85,000 5th wheel, the dam thing should work. Has anyone else had the same issues or others with the Grand Design 5th wheel?
