Contacting the repair shop is nearly impossible and when scheduling with safelite the soonest they have to fix their mistake is 14 days later. They want you to wait 14 days for poor work causing a safety issue with your vehicle? I've just switched insurance companies to ensure I never have to deal with safelite again. Anyone forced to use safelite, may the odds be ever in your favor. If you choose safelite, you deserve what you get.
