Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I received a message at 1:57pm, inquiring if I left my key. I responded yes, then I attempted several phone calls. I received no response. I Uber back to shop at 4pm, only to see my vehicle parked where I left it. I was told the reason my car was not worked is because the key was lost. I explained to person, I thought was a technician to learn now this the owner, the lost key is my only key. After waiting at least 30 minutes, the owner told me my key was located. This was a horrible experience!

We kind of glued it back up and left it alone. Finding a place that does headliners is difficult because like no one does them. We found Raleigh Headliners in Garner and decided to make the 2 hr drive and give them a shot. Best decision we could have ever made. The new headliner looks like it rolled off the factory in 2006. It is FLAWLESS. The price was very reasonable and the guy was very nice. He told us it would be around 4 hours so we went to Raleigh and loafered. He called us 1.5 hrs later and said he was done. We brought in a project, an antique hassock that a friend had gifted us with a storied past: it was purchased by her late father-in-law when he was stationed in post-war Morocco. The bottom of the hassock (calfskin?) was worn, and the ancient cotton batting was falling out. ABZ to the rescue. They stitched on a full-coverage patch that should last another 70 years, and blended in the stitching to make sure that the original craftsmanship wasn't obscured in the slightest. From drop off to pickup was less than a week, and their call to let us know that it was complete was a complete and pleasant surprise. Pricing? Horribly reasonable for custom work. It looks like they do both furniture and a lot of boat upholstery, too. If you have a project in the Triangle, I'd call them first. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
