We had never been there before, never had contact with him before and were looking forward to finding someone experienced in chairs like ours. We were in the area so we stopped in. Lonnie came up to us questioning why we came and why we did not call. When I asked him why he was so angry and asked him to calm down he kicked us out! my husband and I were shocked! Lonnie displayed so much pain and anger, it was shocking and then heartbreaking. Lonnie has some significant troubles.

This particular repair company was particularly honest - they told me that I could use their service and they would attempt to repair the rip. However, they leveled with me that the best option would be to contact Wichterman's. They said that Wichterman's keeps a wide variety of products in stock, and can quickly recover the area in question. I dropped my car off in Chanhassen on a Tuesday night. I had an email at 2 pm the next day saying the repairs are all done. And they did a REALLY nice job. The seat looks completely new. And the best part is the cost was exceptionally reasonable. Honestly, it wasn't much more than the quotes I received for a mobile team to come out and try to fix it with a heat gun and reseal it (which would have shown a repair had been done). And with Wichterman's, my vinyl seat is totally new! Honestly, I'm really pleased with the work and the speed. And I'm grateful to the mobile leather repair company that referred me to them. I would recommend their work.

This was unanticipated but TC Upholstery explored all options and ended up re-doing the grommets. Throughout the whole process they were really concerned about our satisfaction with the blinds. It has been reupholstered numerous times and this time after interviewing several potential candidates I chose Anthony's. They had refinished some other pieces for me and seemed to be in tune with what I wanted. As Dawn who I worked with us said "you want this to be the rock star of the room" which is exactly what I wanted. My wife and I spent a lot of time with Dawn finding the right fabric.
