The Volvo seemed perfect--especially because the seat felt comfortable enough for her bad back when she test drove it. I picked out the fabric and my name was put on a list. I didn't get an email, and I left messages at Tony's two times but didn't get a return call. They had refinished some other pieces for me and seemed to be in tune with what I wanted. As Dawn who I worked with us said "you want this to be the rock star of the room" which is exactly what I wanted. My wife and I spent a lot of time with Dawn finding the right fabric.
