Now it is knocking and such, never had any issues with it before we took it there for service. A friend of mine thinks they accidently ran it without oil but they claim they didn't‍ But mower is seven years old and they claim it is a coincidence this happened the first mowing after they had it‍ Who knows

I explained to the lady I wanted the blade sharpened, oil changed out cleaned up (a general servicing) I also told her a cotter pin fell out and needed replaced. The pull cord starter broke and I physically showed her what needed done replaced. After two weeks I called to find out nothing had been done. Another two weeks, nothing. Almost five weeks later I got a call to come pick the mower up. They fixed the pull cord and replaced the cotter pin with a nut and bolt, not an authorized Husqvarna part. They didn't change the oil nor sharpen the blade. Now it runs like crap. I know they didn't do anything because there was no oil or gasoline in the mower. Shameful business to say the least. Would never recommend this business for anything!

I called JAMs and they said we could drop it off but they couldn't guarantee it be done before snow storm. We dropped it off and it was done within 24 hours! They offer pickup/ delivery so you don't have to try and jam your snowblower in your midsize car. Will use them in the future as their staff was friendly and their prices affordable.

He dumped it neatly onto the driveway without spilling onto the lawn. The mulch is the highest quality I've had delivered in recent years. It was dark brown, warm, and had very little plastic or detritus, but some rocks. It looks great in the yard. The price was very competitive.

What a great place for Christmas traditions!…read more We came here after Thanksgiving to pick a tree for Christmas. This is a great place to go to get a tree and get some holiday pictures. We picked out our tree and then a worker came to cut down and tag the tree. The employees there were friendly and the whole tree experience was fun! They take the tree and wrap it for you and then you pick up the tree. The line to pick up the tree was a bit congested and DID take a long time to get through but they had other activities you can do as well. After we picked the tree, they had Santa waiting for the kids to meet which was nice. There was no line when we went so it was great to be able to see Santa and not have to rush through. They also had hot dogs and hot cocoa along with a campfire to warm yourself. And they offered a ride around the farm for free as well. Such a fun experience!
