I told her I probably wasn't interested in store credit, just cash, and she said okay. I told them I would be back in a couple of hours while I ran some errands. I lost track of time and didn't make it back before they closed. I returned the following weekend to get my cash and they somehow put all of my books in the shelf and didn't even have a cash offer for me. Why would you just put someone's books in your shelf without even realizing who they belong to? Ridiculous. I am Very disappointed. Not having a cash offer I was forced to take store credit or I would have given them about 30 books for me. I doubt I'll ever use the store credit, so thanks for stealing my books Mr K.

Probably about 7 books to be exact. Prices were decent and I was able to find a 10% coupon. The girl at checkout was less than thrilled to check me out. I had my baby with me so I thought it was odd that she didn't offer me a bag to put my books in. She just slid them over to me. Plus, before I paid she asked me something if I wanted to pay for coffee or donate coffee without actually explaining what she meant. I did decline that. I'll probably be back sometime in the near future.

Once outside we noticed a sale section with really cool kits. They put it before you walked and had a great selection of items. We came specially to pick up a certain book because they had it no where else. It was ready in no time and waiting for us when we got there. There was a nice young man at the counter that is able to find the book and help us. He was very welcoming and it seemed like he enjoyed his job. They specialize in selling locally made artwork and crafts. There is jewelry, lots of art work, woodworking items, scarves, greeting cards, antiques, stained glass and on and on. There is also a little clothing boutique and bird supply store. It seems that every time I go they have added something new. They also have a bathroom and a few food and beverage items for those on the trail. Good prices. Stop in if you are in the mood for shopping, reading or want to sell your own crafts in the store. The two sisters are delightful. They also bring in local musicians from time to time.
