This is not the case with Dr. Brianna. She truly desires to figure out the root cause of your health issues. Obviously, finding the root cause of an issue takes a lot more time to figure out than just masking symptoms with medication or even supplements. She is willing to work with you and provides support in many aspects: such as dietary adjustments, lifestyle and home care. I highly recommend Dr. Brianna- and her practice!

I recently worked with Liz and she was fabulous, but my experience trying to become a member was no different than buying a used car. I was due in September for a quick blood work phone call to check how my medications were working. I was paying out of pocket, and my appointment for this 15-20 minute call in May was $50. I spoke with Alyssa and she explained if I became a member in September, the appointment would be included. A membership is $65. I hung up, prepared to pay and sign up in September like we discussed. They sent me paperwork to sign up for August, not what we had discussed. I let them know I wanted to start in September because I wouldn't be using their services, and that's when the cold unfriendly emails began. Like wtf. First, they said that since my last appointment was in May, no I couldn't sign up until I had another full patient appointment. (News to me) Then, they told me that their prices just went up so no, it isn't just $50 to go over blood work. The tone of the email was unfriendly and borderline rude and it was clear they wanted me to sign up and pay $65 for a month I wasn't even using their services and I'm not okay with that. It sounded like they were making things up to make it very inconvenient for me to wait. This is not a place I would recommend doing business with. I'm seriously disappointed because I liked Liz there, but the way this was handled was not okay. Be prepared to be haggled over memberships if you bring it up. Just no.

Wow that's putting it to us. As we noted the cost would be more than the prior times at 700.00. Did our own blood test thru healthonelabs.com 99.00 When asked why a in person visit was needed as the blood work would be done. It was said quality service. I mentioned more like you want the money, going there in person was not necessary, but would be in order to collect the fees. I was told you can always go to SEAMAR. As it was cheaper and they would do refiled without a visit. Well that was strange reply. As I'm sure if I had never been there they would in fact not do so. What she was implying was that they have lower standards. Which was no even close to what not questions was about. She was just not going to admit that a policy of there's was in fact a way of making money. And if you cant a afford it then your welcome to go else where. Susan's words. This place is about there way or high way. We wont be using them when it is time to assign a practinure to new Medicare policy. There are other doctors that are part of Medicare supplement programs in anacortes that are not part of anacortes family practice.

Inside Anacortes Family Medicine, the staff is very nice and helpful. The front desk helps with anything you need. The nurses are great, and the doctors tend to run mostly on time. I've rarely had to wait too long - there are exceptions, but emergencies do come up. The clinic is a part of Island Hospital, and they are only a few blocks away from the Island Hospital ER. This is good because sometimes situations call for an ER visit, and the doctors have referred me down there on a handful of occasions throughout my life. Since they are affiliated with Island Hospital, they have good access to specialists for situations calling for one, as well as special testing done in a lab. They use the lab at Island Hospital. There is not one inside the clinic. There is an urgent care facility housed in the same building as Anacortes Family Medicine, and if Anacortes Family Medicine cannot fit you in to see a doctor, the urgent care can - there just might be a bit of a wait. This is very convenient. I highly recommend Anacortes Family Medicine!

When I called your Mount Vernon office to inquire about making an appointment to be seen regarding headache issues they asked what kind of health care I had. I told them and they directed me to call your Anacortes office. When I called your Anacortes office they directed me to call your Mount Vernon office back which I did. The lady I talked to at the Mount Vernon office then told me she would get things straightened out and call me back. I made sure she had my cell number. A considerable amount of time went by but I did not receive the promised call back so for the third time I called the Mount Vernon office again. At this point I was a little bit frustrated, as I'm sure any prospective customer would be, and told the lady who answered the phone that I felt they were pretty disorganized. Another lady came on the phone and informed me that she had called me back within a minute of our previous conversation and left voice mail. I assured her that I had received no phone call and no voice mail (I later confirmed that both my cell phone and my voice mail were operational). This lady went further and accused me of "attacking" her staff. Apparently, when I told the previous lady that I felt that they were disorganized that constituted an attack her mind. When I started to respond to her accusation she abruptly hung up on me.
