Privately owned small town bank. The last of its kind. The customer service is exemplary. You cannot reach phone support after 5 PM, because it is a Privately owned small town bank. highly disappointed with this bank! opened an acct to have a bank locally, i went slightly below $100 and just happened to took at the "paper" statement which I did not know that they were bilking me $3 per month and saw that the so called bank stole approx $60 from me in $7 plus $3 fees monthly !!!!! I have 3 mortgages through Fidelity and other accounts. Been with them for over 20 years and never once considered leaving. They worked with me on a self construction loan for my house. The customer service has always been great. Their App is very user friendly. Their new office remodel in Dunmore is awesome!! I only wish they had a branch in Moscow area. Hint hint. read more

I signed up for an account for my new business at this branch. I started seeing fees associated in my account and got a call from an account representative saying that the account that I signed up for was it an account that I never signed up for! This bank has very bad practices! Word on the street is that they're in bed with too many car dealerships and rely on unlawful repo practices to get their money! read more

No after hours customer service. If something goes wrong after hours, your pretty much screwed.

I don't know why the other reviews here are rated so low but from my experience they are definitely 5 stars! Dragan Jokic and Sadie Roth were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They made me feel secure, and for the first time ever, I feel like I have a bank I can trust with my money. I would highly recommend this bank to those who like a traditional bank, where they greet you by name when you arrive, but still have the latest up to date technology with online banking. read more

Stay away from this bank for car leases. We put in writing we were exercising our option to purchase the car and asked what were the next steps, no one replied. Sold the car back to the dealer out from under us. We're seeking legal counsel. read more

Supposed to be free checking started to charge 3 dollars for bank statements they will charge u for a staple

Paid off my car loan and still waiting on the title 10 weeks later. Called penn dot and they said it was requested 8 weeks ago and sent to the bank 6 weeks ago. Terrible customer service. I have called the bank every other week and gotten a different excuse every time. Don't deal with this incompetent bank. read more

Never will I do a car loan through Fidelity, we had 800 dollars left to pay off our car and they just had it repossessed for being a month behind ($300) even though our bank statements show a partial payment for March so technically it's 150 dollars behind, they had it repossessed Easter weekend to boot. We tried to pay off the car completely plus the 300 dollars they are charging for the tow but they don't accept American Express card which is insane so now we are without a car till Monday with my child on Easter.... Do not deal with this bank for car loans. My son was a payment behind. He spoke to Robert at the Dunmore branch. He told him he was sending the payment Friday. He sent it Saturday. They recieved that payment Saturday and still took his car while he was working on Saturday night. When I called Robert to try to rectify this situation he was unhelpful and lied to me. My daughter also called him and he was rude and vulgar. My son is an EMT in Avoca. He was at work that night. He graduated college recently, He is an EMT and taking state tests to be a Paramedic. You would think they would be willing to work with a first responder in their area that may be called upon to save their life someday. I have gotten a few emails about we apologize blah blah blah. But no action. Good now we refinanced with another company, have the car and they lost the business. read more

The fidelity bank , dunmore pa . The worst bank I've ever dealt with . This bank is terrible . Do not do business with them . I had direct deposit from work and it was a big mistake . I tryed online bill paying set up by fidelity employees. My bills were never payed . There seems to be a lot of fees they dont tell you about , charges that I still dont understand . the bank employees are rude lazy arrogant . I had a car loan with them the interest seems to change .
