But for me it is extremely long. Every two years I review my insurance needs and I will work with those who provide me with the best service at the best price. The group provides everything from investments to all your insurance needs. Which will meet the needs of someone just staring out or who must cover anything from a trailer to a motorcycle and everything in between. So, what about the service that is outstanding? Well in 2016 I was in a motorcycle accident and luckily no one was hurt. I followed the protocol of sending pictures, supplying explanation, and jumping through all hoops for all that was needed. Once said and done It was moving slow. Called in to the office and the Barrett team was able to get them to resolve the issues and mu bike in the shop for repairs. The team is friendly and kind. The service is excellent. Their goal is to resolve the issues as fast as possible to ensure that the customer is happy and safe. I have every other year shopped my rates around. He can't "figure" this out or re-execute a POA to Fidelity's liking. If you are military-friendly, as you claim to be, Fidelity, make this right.
