Not helpful at all. If you don't have $50K to give them they don't care. They do not make you feel as if your time and money are important to them. Customer service is awful. I left and went to my amazing credit union where they made me feel very cared for. Rolling over my money to them asap. I don't think I'll ever use Fidelity again. Fidelity made me feel like I was wasting their time and did not want to explain anything to me- just gave me a card with a 1-800 # on it if I needed further assistance. read more

Finally promised my check will arrive, only to be told the day it was to arrive that the last advisor was wrong and it will be a few more days. Had already booked airfare and hotel reservations to meet with new brokerage company and have to cancel and I have lost all my non-refundable code. They don't care once you try to remove your money. She was chatting with a colleague when we got there and was creatting excuses to not help us because "it was Friday at 4pm and they close at 5pm". It was a shame. Kevin Helmer was absolutely incredible. I was referred to him by a friend who is very savvy and sound with his investments and told me that Kevin is who he trusted and recommended I see for my retirement planning. He is great with investment advice I soon found once in his office. He advised me on what to do with the money I wanted to invest, gave me options and helped me roll over an old 401K into something that will work better for me! He's even a Notary Public! There is no charge for his services (not even the Notary- pertaining to your monies,)he spent a lot of time with me, I never once felt rushed & he answered every question I had. I never felt "dumb" or that I had "dumb questions" and leaving his office I felt so confident I had placed my funds correctly and knew exactly what needs to be done going forward! He even assisted me in setting up the Fidelity app on my phone so I can do everything myself. Thanks Kevin- you rock! read more

Very disappointed as a Fidelity Investments customer. I was asked by Fidelity Representative over the phone to come into a local branch to change account information. I went to this location close to my work and I was advised account change is only done online and that the Fidelity Representative may not know about account change online at their website. Getting lectured on how it's simple to change things online and was told someone will be there to help me and asked me to sit and wait. Nobody was there at the Fidelity Investments Building had couple of employees just walk bye me. So after wasting 30mins of my lunch left and advised the young lady at the reception desk, "looks like nobody is here" not a word or let me see if I can get someone for you? Looking elsewhere to invest my money if this is the level of service at a Fidelity Investment Branch Office. read more

This is the absolute wrong place to invest your money. I knew it would be bad immediately. The receptionist was talking to a male employee when I walked in. She asked what I needed and asked me to wait. The man never acknowledged me and resumed the conversation for a few minutes. Then, he was the one to see me. "Rick", who didn't even have a business card, was quite smug and unhelpful in trying to resolve an issue with my elderly mother's account that Fidelity had dumped to the state as unclaimed. It was only 20k. He never even asked if I was a customer or if I had other dealings with Fidelity. Not his problem, and "we don't deal with those issues here". I was directed to that office by customer service. I wouldn't trust that guy with roadkill, never mind my money. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. Plenty of other options. read more
