Don't trust this bank. Do not trust them with your money. I have complained to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. They did not respond. I registered a complaint with the FDIC. Check out their F rating on the BBB or visit Trust Pilot for more on their tactics and disregard for federal regulations (Reg C in particular). I am writing this review regarding the horrifically bad Fidelity customer service and warning everyone to avoid using Fidelity and find another brokerage to invest your money with Further,last week I needed to change a bank account and was advised micro deposits had to sent to me for verifying ,they were of course never sent. After many attempts to communicate with customer service I finally reached someone with a brain, hard to find at Fidelity,and found out there was a very easy and fast alternative to link accounts with Fidelity,an alternative never offered initially or with many other reps. So, I linked an account and attempted to link another ,but as I was stupidly told to wait for the never arriving micro deposits the pending status did not allow for adding an account and now on the 7th day later I still cannot trade or link or do anything as the idiots and bureaucrats can't figure out how to delete the pending change as the active one sits and I can't do anything with my money.Amazingly after hours on the phone and dealing with every known department a seemingly easy task such as deleting a pending transfer cannot be accomplished, and I still cannot access my money, trade or do any functions due to extraordinary incompetence by everyone at Fidelity.So,in conclusion never ever use Fidelity for your brokerage firm ,never allow them to touch one nickle of your hard earned money, or you will be very very sorry you did read more

Updating my profile in-person was somewhat efficient, without the hassle endured of a scowl look from a financial institution. My inquiry were addressed efficiently with the slight delay of a wait, but prompt without hesitation or agita of the investment manager. Lunch time was the only time I was able to fulfill this chore, in addition, to requesting documents to be mailed that were never received. Like many Fidelity retail locations, no cash is accepted at this location. Fidelity, where investments sit on New York's Park Avenue in Midtown East. The platform for stock trading is excellent. However, my experience with having a trust account was a nightmare. After many months of using the site, I received a request to alter my trust and POA. After 4 months of back and forth, Fidelity continued to dun me for more and more changes. The final straw was not accepting notarization because it might not have applied to the very form my POA filled out and had notarized. Of course this made no sense to me or my attorney and so I finally gave up and moved my trust account to another brokerage. Any brokerage that would accept losing a half million dollar account because of not understanding how to read a trust agreement shouldn't be in charge of my investments. read more

Excellent customer service. Was having trouble finding ETFs, bonds, and other "diversified" assets, but the rep was extremely helpful and offered various suggestions for furthering diversification. Also, the offices were nice, quiet, and good natural light -- mainly glass. Didn't utilize the free coffee/water/candy, but nice to know it's there. =) read more
