Pete and his team are absolutely incredible, i brought my 1 year old pit bull/husky mix milo here and he came back a new dog. when i first dropped him off he was all over the place on walks and in the house, pete and his team taught my dog great obedience and how to nicely walk without pulling, i received videos every other day and updates, thank you guys for training milo into being a great dog, wouldn't choose a different place to train my dog again thank you pete and his awesome team.

    One happy Fido Fidelis pup!

Chico, our three year old Rottweiler, had gone to Off-the-leash training at around 1 years old (our first mistake). As he grew older, he was becoming more and more leash aggressive, stubborn, wouldn't listen and was becoming difficult to manage. We found Fido Fidelis and based our decision on continuing with them after our initial meeting with Peter. Who had Chico standing at attention and listening to him within the first 10 minutes of their interaction. We sent Chico to stay with the Fido Fidelis team for a four week board and train. My only stress was delays in response, but after getting our Chico back, and seeing the results I am able to completely overlook that. Peter even had Chico and the dog of our best friend (another dog he has been training) meet in his presence so they could learn to be around each other and make sure everything went smoothly. And it did! Fido Fidelis will also do separate follow ups as needed to check in on your pup. Our results: Chico is obedient, calm, and walks on the leash without frustration. Are there times he gets excited? Sure, but he's a dog. He's allowed to. But he has become manageable and we get compliments on how good a dog he is all the time. He comes to the gym with me, where there are a lot of loud noises and people running around. He happily sits on his bed and watches or chews on a bone. Something he would have never done in the past. LET THEM DO WHAT THEY KNOW HOW TO DO! Not only do the dogs need training, but so do we as owners. Be open to their work and watch your dog be transformed. THANK YOU to Peter and Donna for getting our big, happy boy into shape. I definitely recommend Fido Fidelis. We are so grateful.

I did not find Donna or her services to be helpful. She was rude as well. I would not recommend her and her company to anyone.

Donna was extremely patient with us; while we ourselves as people were trained to help understand Tobi.

Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place…read more I wanted to give this place a 5-star review however after paying for more than $1750 and a few months of onboarded training, as well as a few months of in-home follow-up visits, my dog was still not trained. I tried to schedule additional home visits with the trainer but first, he had excuses to not come over and after a few more times he stopped replying to my messages.

I scheduled an evaluation on Monday, December 6th, 2021 for Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. I did this through their website on their automated calendar system. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. I know the claim there is three sides to a story. I have attached screenshots of the conversation so you all can be the judge.

We worked on 2-3 commands per session (total of 4 sessions) and Samantha gave us about 2 weeks to work on them before the next lesson which was a good amount of time to really practice with my dog. When it became obvious that muzzling, scolding and isolation only escalated his unruly excitability, I reached out to Happy Dog Training (Samantha Cordon) for help. Learning to reward Lucky's good manners with positive reinforcement while introducing calming techniques has created a respectful bond between us and a more pleasant atmosphere for our family and guests. Samantha's patient demeanor and true understanding of canine behavior as well as her useful recommendations -- including links to informative literature, tips/exercises and solution-related products -- were an extremely effective mix for shaping our crazed, 16-month-old, 80-pound housemate into a lovable, work-in-progress. The favorable outcome of Samantha's methods made such an impact on our family that I am planning to follow up with a refresher session in a few months as a means to prevent a backslide with my being consistent, and more optimistically -- demonstrate the success of our polite pup.
