I called Charlottesville Transportation on Wednesday afternoon to schedule a 4:30 a.m. Thursday pickup for the airport. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional. I received a text at 4:26 a.m. this morning letting me know he was outside whenever I was ready. When I got outside, a well-dressed guy helped load my suitcase and drove me to the airport, making pleasant conversation but not overdoing it. At the airport, he took payment, accepted my tip, and helped me with my suitcase. This is how all transportation experiences should be, but apparently that isn't the case with other companies. We chatted with Sarah (Retreats Director) on all the details and booked Camp Friendship without hesitation. When COVID shifted our plans, we ultimately eloped and postponed the party until 2021. Sarah was attentive and accommodating throughout the roller coaster of emotions, plan B's, and even plan C's. When we finally hosted our "anniversary party" in 2021, we were honestly blown away with how perfect the weekend was. Over and over again, my partner and I would comment on how amazing the staff were. They made the weekend seamless and magical from start to finish. Our biggest regret was that we didn't book MORE meals and activities through Camp Friendship, rather than some outside vendors we had booked. We couldn't recommend them highly enough! And we hope to go back for a future retreat of some kind and/or send our future children there.

Summer of 2000 we were in Cabin 3, and had no complaints. Summer 2001 we were in Cabin 9, and had these European counselors who didn't supervise us. We got away with collecting nasty leftovers from the dining hall and putting it in Gatorade bottles for a prank and dumping it on the porch of a girls cabin. Also the last night I was there, I was awakened to the counselors giving us boner checks. I did enjoy the Camp dance an activities.

Told him where I was and he told me 30 minutes to pick me up. I had a tight schedule to get to the airport. I told him I needed my refund since he couldn't make it. It as he was so far away. only me back through Venmo $291.03. And he a full even though there's no way he could've to the airport on time. He kept almost $85 as his inconvenience fee. Use caution perhaps you have a better result. I withdraw my complaint as it was a miscommunication and Mario taxi service has given me the refund.
