Fantastic option for visiting wineries with larger parties! We rented the Crozet Trolley for a birthday celebration consisting of visiting wineries over the course of the afternoon. We were not sure how many people we would have, but Crozet Trolley has space for much more than the 14 guests that most of the wine tours in the area can accommodate. They were flexible with our schedule, transported us efficiently to our destinations, and helped to make the afternoon fun. Our group booked transportation for Saturday not understanding our location well. Once we figured everything out and were a little more acclimated with the area, we realized that our pick up location was much out of our area. We immediately contacted the owner and explained our situation. He completely understood our situation and had zero issues cancelling/refunding our fees. We can not thank you enough!! We will definitely use this company's services in the future. We have several girls weekends a year and the Wine, Beer, Cider and Whiskey tours are on our list. Very disappointed! We booked the trolley as transportation to our son's wedding rehearsal/rehearsal dinner in Charilettesville for the families and wedding party. Leading up to the actual day, Shawn, had been very helpful as we had to change dates and plans, we had to reschedule multiple times due to COVID. The trolley showed up and as we boarded there NO working air Conditioning! It was mid-July, 95 degrees at 95% humidity (think sauna), we were all dressed up with men in sports coats! Prior to booking the trolly we had repeatedly asked about AC and was assured (and is advertised) that the trolley was air conditioned. We had this reservation for over 1 year! Plenty of time to make sure the trolley was in working order including the AC. Not a good experience try a different company if you plan to use a trolley. read more

We booked the Crozet Spirits Loop Trolley ride last weekend and had a blast! We got picked up in Charlottesville and went to multiple breweries, wineries, and tasting rooms. I really enjoyed that the Crozet Spirits Loop Trolley ride also included stops where you could enjoy local restaurants. Shawn was very responsive and accommodating to our group. We will definitely be using this company for every wine trail trip in the area. Shawn was extremely responsive, professional, and easy to work with. He answered all my fine-detail questions and made booking seamless. He even gave recommendations and advice for what was realistic for planning since this was our first time in the area and I was planning a trip for 10 people haha. The day before, he sent me the phone number of our driver just in case. The day of, the driver was early and ready for us. He had recommendations and was ready to go with the flow of what ever we wanted our time to be like. We hopped on/off at Blue Mountain Brewery and saw three wineries in four hours and did tastings at each then brews & dinner at Blue Mountain. Our driver kept nearby and was ready as soon as we were to hop on!! It was so nice to just relax and have a fun day on the wine trail with easy transportation. I was visiting the area from DC with some friends and we were looking for different ways to explore the breweries and vineyards. We heard from some locals that the Uber/Lyft situation wasn't great, so we decided to look for some transportation options. Crozet Trolley was the best deal and seemed like a unique way to see the area, so we decided to go for it. We are so happy that we did! The booking process was really easy and the staff was super friendly throughout the afternoon. It was a great touch to have snacks/water on board, and the discounts at some of the stops were a welcome bonus. Being driven around on the trolley from vineyard to vineyard was the perfect way to spend the day. I can't recommend Crozet Trolley highly enough! read more

booked this trolley wine tour for a bachelorette party and we were not disappointed! The day started with some obstacles because all of the ladies hit extremely heavy traffic traveling from Richmond which made them late for the 1pm departure time. I called ahead and let Shawn know the situation and he graciously helped me figure out a plan. The trolley left on time and he drove us in his own car to help us catch up to the group! Shawn went above and beyond our expectations and he is the main reason we were able to enjoy the rest of this tour. I cannot recommend Crozet Trolley enough. Had a great time on the trolley! Conductor Sean was a great host, and our group really enjoyed hanging out together. We visited a nice mix of well-known and lesser-known spots.
