We had MPC out of Burlington, and they were top-notch. We are still waiting to have our kitchen faucet replaced because it's leaking. I put the request in 6 weeks ago, and it still hasn't been replaced. I called their office about it, and they were rude, telling me to have patience. Now, they want all cars in their garages and none parked out front of your apartment. Why have a parking lot then, that was built for the building, 30 years ago, giving enough parking for 2 cars each apartment? This company is horrible. I would never recommend renting anything from them. We have lived here for 12 comfortable years, and we are looking to buy a home this time around. Johnson and Hellikson have put a bad taste in our renting from anyone else ever again. They don't even deserve the one star we gave them.

Kitchen had to be fumigated twice, not including rest of the townhouse. Continuing cleaning fur out of cabinets, flooding which has ruined new flooring. The cheapest way for Cap Property Management to get the work done so these people can say how good they are only to find all the windows, screens including newer screen patio door don't fit or work. WORK ORDERS AND MOVE IN DISASTERS still AREN'T done. Affordable rent doesn't mean Squander people's lives. Bare minimum isn't even done. Leaky roof, mold in bathrooms, kitchen, ect. Why keep these so called maintenance and Property Managers on when they don't care about the tenants. But they have their dogs poop any where and not clean up or on leashes, while at the same time yelling at other tenant. They appear to have puppies and they poop and pee in their unit. If you don't want anything fixed properly or in timely manner, this is the place to rent from.

I then didn't text back, because I respect all respectable decisions. That is when she messaged again & disrespected me telling me she was concerned for me, aka my safety and that I shouldn't "lie" for him.
