Our dishwasher doesn't work and has rust all the way through the racks. They refuse to replace it and are lease states we have working fireplaces. Not true! We have bats living in our chimney! Still have not fixed this. We were also promised fresh paint and new carpets and still haven't gotten them fixed either. We were told the retaining wall in our would be fixed due to a previous flood that before we were moving in and it wasn't properly fixed because we now have flooding in our basement . The pump was also supposed to be fixed and is not. They are horrible. I'm done with them and now seeking further action

RENTERS BEWARE!! This was the worst renting experience I've…read moreever had. The dishwasher has been broke for 3 weeks and when I call renterswarehouse to find out what is going on with the repair, they tell me it's not their top priority. We have 4 children, so I'm sure you can imagine what we are going through. That's just the most current issue! I have a two year lease and after the first 12 months they contacted me and said they are going to walk through my place and video record the inside of the property. I told them I don't approve of someone walking through my house and taking a recording of all my belongings and I have no problem with someone walking through it, just not recording it. They told me it was their right to do this and it is common practice with their company. So of course they show up and spend an hour walking through my house recording. I requested a copy of the video which they refused to give me. I really feel like my privacy was violated when they did this. Another thing that happened was the well broke and of course with their speedy repair service we went almost a week without water. Even though someone showed up the first day it broke, said he could fix it right then and there, but they told him not to fix it. We ended up in a hotel for this whole thing and they offered to pay for just one night. I didn't even bother to take them up on their extremely generous offer.

WORST excuse for property management...shoddy repair work every time. They "fixed" railings/rotted…read morewood. The screws are not drilled down, painted over rotted boards (my four year old does a better job), left 22 rusted screws laying out and this is the fix after waiting two months...second time we had an issue with their "repairs". The first time the guy had to be called back to fix it three times. He cut PVC pipes to be used on the hot water lines in our house and glued it to the copper pipes.

She would not get them to them. I took the initiative to call her as well to explain how urgent this was. Even the day before closing show was dismissing us like we were the ones bothering here. The deal almost didnt close because of a lazy management company. I made calls to try to find someone else in their company who would help. Arielle F. was the only one there who cared and was very helpful. The manager of Angela, Terry H., also dismissed the urgent situation as nothing. He did not show concern and did ask for more information to remedy the situation. Angela should be fired, I've never dealt with such a rude person in my life. Avoid this company!!!

I have repeatedly contacted the Hunt Management office to request a refund for an additional Gate…read morekey I received on February 24, 2026. Two keys were distributed to the owners last summer, but I informed them that I only required one key. I am in the process of selling my unit and require the extra key for a Lock Box on the Gate. I signed a form last summer confirming my receipt of one key, but the office has been unable to produce the form after multiple attempts via email and voicemail. They initially quoted me $30 for the additional key, but subsequently charged my account $40 for the key I received. I've also asked if I can return the extra Key once for a refund, and yet to receive a reply. Despite my inquiry regarding the form I signed, I have not received any response.
