I mean this sincerely. These are the best pecan pies anywhere. Even your grandma can't make pecan pies this good. The price is right also.

It looks like a gas station (since it is one) but it is so much more! Go inside and prepare to be transported back to Grandma's kitchen. So many fried pies to choose from! Sweet, savory, all delicious! Don't worry if there is a line. You will get your pie. It will be fresh. It will be worth the wait! If you are there at the right time, you can watch the team preparing batches of deliciousness. The crust is that perfect combination of crunchy and flakey. The fillings are flavorful and abundant. The workers are happy to help you decide on your ideal flavor. Don't be afraid to ask what is most popular or their favorite. It was one of the best stops on our two week long road trip and we tell everyone going through this tiny Oklahoma town to stop in. We have added several repeat customers to their business through our ravings! Don't miss out! It is our understanding that this location is actually better than the others so plan a trip and enjoy a lazy day at the nearby park and enjoy these wonderful fried pies

Arbuckle Fried Pies is an Oklahoma institution and a staple!…read more I remember going to Falls Creek youth camp as a kid and stopping by Arbuckle's for a special treat, but haven't had a reason to be back in this area of Oklahoma for about a decade now. But recently, I was out here for two different conferences in back-to-back weeks and man, did I make up for lost time! I ended up getting nine different flavors over the course of those two weeks and I enjoyed every second of it! From the first deep inhale when you smell the delicious dough of the pie from the warm bag they just handed you, to the first bite of that same soft, delicious dough, to the very middle bite just oozing with filling, every part of the Arbuckle Fried Pies experience is so special! My only regret is that I probably won't be able to be back for at least another year! However, that makes it all the more special when I finally get the chance to stop by! Until next time! 5/5

I noticed the name and the brightly colored sign and took a u turn so I could check it out! Upon entering I noticed the space is spacious and kinda empty. Maybe they will put some tables and chairs for guest to sit inside. Once I approached the register you see the display of cookies. of course everything looks delicious so I ask the expert (employee) her favorite and she tells me The brookie and a new cookie for Valentine's Day. I order both with 2 cookies being about $9 w/taxes. I couldn't wait to try them so as soon as I got in the car I took a bit from each! So delicious!! It's a great desert spot and I'll stop again and again!

Visited on my their grand opening day! Boy oh boy, they were quite busy!…read more They had a drive thru but we opted to go in stores to get the full experience. Walked in and the staff was so busy we weren't welcomed. No biggie though, I understand. They have only two benches inside so there were customers standing along the walls and sitting on the ground. Wasn't sure where the line started but luckily some nice customers in line showed us where it was. The location offers 6 cookies and 2 special weekly cookies that changes. We ordered a Brookie, which was a brownie-caramel cookie and the stuffed chocolate chip. After 20 minutes, our names were called for our order however, we were told the stuffed chocolate chip would be another 13 minutes as they were in the oven. Soo... we exchanged for the pumpkindoodle since those were already ready. I guess what makes this location different from a regular cookie shop is that they focus on the filling inside the cookie. The Brookie had a thick layer of caramel inside and on top. A super messy cookie but it was very delicious. I'd give it 4/5 as it was very gooey, just wish it was warmer. The pumpkindoodle wasn't my favorite... the outside had a great texture but the inside tasted like pumpkin purée lol. I wished we were able to try their stuffed chocolate chip, it must be good as it seemed to be the most popular! I would like to mention that I understand that it was their grand opening and they were super busy. HOWEVER, seems as though the owner and the manager had to help out and I got an ick seeing their hair wasn't pulled up. DONT COME FOR ME, I LOVE HOW THEYRE HELPING THE EMPLOYEES BUT I wished they had tied their hair along with them. I'd like to give this place a try again but maybe in a few weeks.
