Project was going off without a hitch when in the last room, one of their machines had a problem. This was unforeseeable and could happen to anyone of us. This malfunction caused a slight unevenness in the sanding of the floor. Cristiano, the owner, came to look at it and without hesitation, owned up to this and stated that this would be immediately fixed, which it was. The entire floor was re-sanded, sealed and 3 coats of poly were then applied.
