Their efforts enhanced the overall look and feel of my property, while enhancing the value. Friends commented it looked like a movie set and buyers were so taken by their work, the home sold in four days. My realtor received positive feedback on the backyard from everyone who viewed the property, and the buyer said one reason for their purchase was the backyard. Unfortunately in the past two years she's assigned people who would not qualified. Two years ago I met with Abby and reviewed our plans in detail to be carried out. The only part that I was totally satisfied with what wonderful window boxes. But from there everything went down and in the past year and became a total disaster. Not only plans we discussed were not carried out, I had to call for routine maintenance and the people she sentwere totally incompetent (she acknowledged this). My flowerbeds became a jungle. When the person in charge came a second time after my complaint and I informed her that she has done a terrible job in the past Abby then informed me that the woman was hurt and insulted. She should never have been sent since she didn't know what was a weed. e. I finally terminated this arrangement. It is my belief since she was no longer taking as active a role and leaving the work to others this was the result. I would not recommend her and Everything Botanical. Abby and her husband are lovely people but fell down on the job.

The store seems reasonably well stocked, as per most Home Depots, but we were looking for appliances (specifically a refrigerator) and meandered back to that section of the store. Lots of fridges, of course, but not a whole lot of variety among them, so we needed some help. Good luck with that. We know there are staff shortages everywhere, but we looked .. and looked ... and couldn't find anyone nearby. Or even far away. One staffer we approached in another department appeared to drift away from us quickly. Dunno. Didn't think we looked scary. But apparently we didn't look much like customers either. So we don't plan on returning. We made a photo, but not much purpose in showing the front of the building. It looks like a Home Depot.

I was trying to buy a toilet seat, something I know little about. There was no one from Home Depot…read morein or near Plumbing, or anyone else who could help me, despite two calls on the public address system for assistance. Very frustrating but I have to say, a manager named Lorraine came and helped me out, apologized for the Plumbing shift not being covered and was really terrific and very helpful and friendly.
