First, I have invited them (some time ago) to do a sort of reportage of business luncheon and business workshop I was organizing. They were on time, with all ideas... I was feeling, that I have should give them so called free hand and the outcome was great. A lot of people wanted to know who we hired. It was something edgy, cause we wanted everything in black and white... It was absolutely great. Then I needed the professional photo shoot for my web page and marketing. It came out perfect. Pati is reading me like an open book and our verbal communication is not needed. Pati is intuitive and she knows what is the best at any given moment.. It was not a question when it comes to my Very Important Day AKA Wedding Day. I would recommend GoodTimePhotography, not only because I like Pati and Tom and we have established sort of friendship, but they are professional and they know what they are doing. My wedding day was challenging a little. I'm not that used to getting headshots taken (beyond the awkward passport + DMV photos) and was a little nervous at first. However, Jenny made me feel at home the second I walked into her studio. She really cared about my business, and helped me decide on poses and a wardrobe beforehand to reflect my goals (I am partially color blind so her help with picking the right clothes was essential!) We paid her for a session over five months ago, and she completely ghosted us after the shoot. No photos, no updates, and no responses -- just silence. Meanwhile, she's still active online, posting about new clients and advertising her services, which makes it even worse. At this point, it feels like she took our money and ran. After years of being repeat customers, this is beyond disappointing -- it's dishonest. Please think twice before booking with her. There are plenty of other photographers who actually deliver what you pay for.

(they also worked really well with the many other vendors we used the day of) i had a bunch of creative ideas on my own for photos and/or video that i wanted to accomplish, and she was incredibly open to all and had some great additional ideas. our wedding included a first look at an old fire station, ivy walls, shots downtown on the bridge, a (warm) rooftop ceremony, and then food trucks for dinner + a glass blowing demo for our guests. they managed to capture so much of our day in photos/video/or both.our photos are vibrant and colorful and candid, just as we wanted. and we'll be watching our highlight reel over and over with friends & family, while our full feature footage will be reflected on at least every year to relive the whole day. hire vivid photo + video - we feel like we got incredibly lucky finding them for our wedding!

My family and I have never done a family photo shoot and we were excited to at least get one photo for a canvas. We had no idea how to pose or what to do. Miguel was the perfect photographer, especially for people who are not experienced in getting their photo taken. We love all of the poses that he suggested. He was so funny and personable which helped capture some really organic smiles and happy moments. We also included our puppy in the photo shoot and he did such a great job capturing our dog and getting her attention as well. Needless to say we've gotten much more than one good photo that we set out for. I would definitely recommend MN photography to all of my family and friends and look forward to booking again in the future. What's included in the package is made unclear, so I never got what I expected. In addition, during the shoot he said that he could take my arm out if I had it on my kiddo and when I reminded him of this later, he said that was considered a complex edit and would cost money but they'd do it complmenetary that time. Had he told me this at the time of the shoot, we would have done something differently to get photos without me there in the background. Not cool.
