He was so funny and personable which helped capture some really organic smiles and happy moments. We also included our puppy in the photo shoot and he did such a great job capturing our dog and getting her attention as well. Needless to say we've gotten much more than one good photo that we set out for. After that, I tried to contact him several times to follow up both via email and phone. I left several voicemail messages in the ensuing weeks, but he never returned any of the phone calls. He was very responsive, punctual, professional, and captured some amazing moments from our wedding.
