I live in SoCal while my parents are enjoying retired life in LCNM. I must admit, it's an incredibly beautiful and peaceful place. My Mom recently took a spill and was hospitalized while awaiting surgery. I really wanted to make sure she knew her kids were there with her even though we all live on either Coast. I was 0 for 2 for same-day delivery with other local florists and then I got a hold of Mike at Fiesta. I ordered these flowers on May 9 through this company, as I had a great experience the first time. They delivered the same day and within the timeframe I provided which I appreciate! However, when I was shown the picture of both bouquets, I was pissed! My Grandmother just lost her husband last month, my Mom, her father, and my grandfather. So I was trying to do something nice for the both of them for Mother's Day and it completely backfired and I am totally embarrassed for those bouquets to have been delivered to them. I called Fiesta to send flowers to my friend in Las Cruces. Unfortunately, I gave an old address, and the flowers were delivered to an apartment manager who took them without mentioning my friend hadn't lived there in years. It was my mistake, but Fiesta went above and beyond, contacting my friend and arranging to deliver him some new flowers at no charge! Throughout all this, they were friendly and responsive. I just wish I had more friends in Las Cruces so I could patronize Fiesta more often. read more

I have used Fiesta flowers twice. The first time I called and asked if they could make a desktop Christmas tree, and deliver it to my parents at the nursing home. Mike not only made a beautiful tree out of boxwood, and flowers, he made a special trip to the store and got lights to put on it! It was delivered the next day and my mom was so thrilled. The second time I used Fiesta was for my father's funeral. Mike made the most beautiful spray for the casket. Fragrant, colorful, and generously filled with everything we requested. He also made a wonderful corsage for my mom that brightened up a very black day. I will use Fiesta again. Mike is kind, honest, and very caring. read more

Good and bad is what I came away with. I stopped on an impulse to buy the missus some flowers. Mediocre selection , but looked good in their light. The price, $18.00 seemed in line. The fellow did not do anything in terms of "service", merely saying that if I see something to "holler" for him. One thing that eats my craw is for someone running a small store like that to tell me to holler for them if I need assistance. They should be there! Of all the gifts available in their displays, nothing contained an American flag. There were many Mexican themed gifts, however. I was disappointed in the flowers after arriving home and seeing them in real daylight. The artificial light in the little store hid the not-so-fresh bouquet from view. read more

Pictures 1 & 2 is what my mom was SUPPOSED to get and the third is what she received. This is the FIRST year that I am unable to physically take my mom flowers due to coronavirus AND to the fact that she moved out of state prior to the pandemic. This year I wanted to make it extra special and buy her two bouquets, one from myself and one from my deceased younger brother. This is such a sad excuse, the basket isn't the same, the bouquet on the left looks so much LESS full then the ones in the photo, granted it's not going to look exactly the same, but can it at least be a FULL bouquet? I'm going to also attach photos of the flowers I got for my mother in law, here in CA, they don't look EXACTLY like the photo however they are still stunning to look at and smell beautiful. Not to mention, I was trying to give this merchant a second chance because the first time he left flowers out of the bouquet and I had to call to ask where my delivery was, to much regret, I gave him another chance. He discounted my order for the inconvenience, but if I would have known this is what my mom was going to get today I would have taken my chances elsewhere. I hope he really takes into consideration what his work is and should seriously consider posting photos of his ACTUAL work instead of sample photos that don't look like what I was supposed to order. read more

They did a same day delivery when I called at 1500. I was able to call from missouri and have a beautiful arrangement delivered to my wife's hotel without it costing me an arm and a leg. Do not use this florist because they are dishonest. I ordered a BHT Breathtaking beauty arrangement from FTD and what was delivered was pathetic. I wish I could give them negative stars. Their only excuse was that they didn't have the necessary flowers in the shop so they substituted 3 old half open roses for spray roses and daisies for assorted peruvian lilies. My poor recipient had no idea what I ordered and how pathetic her bouquet was. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. read more
