The rice had some cheese melted on it and was very lightly seasoned. The fish was fried perfectly, and it wasn't too greasy. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I recommend squeezing some lemon juice over the fish to cut through some of the oiliness of the fried fish. I really enjoyed this dish and would gladly order it again.
