This is the 3rd year my child has taken pictures at school using Fiesta and all have been awesome. Now that my daughter is 2.5 (and lets just say a bit more challenging) I was not expecting much this year. Especially because her famous quote when taking pictures is "no pictures-no photos." My preschoolers pictures were taken and came out great! However, when I went to order the pictures was a different story. I chose a collage with digital pictures, which I interpreted incorrectly and thought I was getting the collage and digital pictures of the poses. Once I realized that there was an issue I called and there was nothing that they were willing to do to even meet me halfway or solve a mistake that I clearly had made. The response was that I should have emailed with my questions (which I didn't realize I had) and to order another package in order to get all the poses. Despite my error, it was disturbing that there was a lack of empathy or want to help me. Clearly money is the number one interest rather than the keepsake moments that were taken and shown in the photos. I would have gladly purchased another package, but the prices are not affordable. Spending over $100 on photos then having to print them in order to get the poses you want is ridiculous. I personally have alot of patience since I work with people and families everyday, but it is very frustrating when you are speaking to someone who is going by a script and is not interested in what is being said. read more

The company I work for has dealt with this photography company for a couple of years and I would never recommend them to anyone. The photos come out well, but the lack of professionalism from their staff makes the entire experience lackluster. We have had to request that they not send certain photographers out again because they were so rough and impatient with the children. Today, they were scheduled to be here for 8 hours to cover the various groups of students we have coming through and the scheduling party never communicated this to the photographer, who left at 2. This missed a whole group of my students and made it basically impossible for us to get our yearbook completed on time. It is frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. read more

Fiesta has taken photos at my son's preschool for the beginning of the year and recently a spring photo. This was my son's first year of school, so naturally I bought photos back in September, plus all of the poses looked amazing I couldn't pick just one. Because I had purchased all of the poses from the beginning of the year, I wasn't expecting to lose my mind over the spring photos. Well, I was wrong. Fiesta brought in an adorable brown bunny to take pictures with our adorable children. I had pretty realistic expectations of how the pictures would look because toddlers + live animals = chaos. I don't know what kind of sorcery this photographer used, but both my 4 year and the bunny were facing forward and took the most adorable picture together. Needless to say, I'll be purchasing pictures again Prices are reasonable and it's seriously the best photo I would've paid more. Thanks Fiesta for a great memory. read more

Our school uses Fiesta Photography and I've been happy with the pictures. They have different backgrounds and props, and even brought real bunnies once. They have great attention to detail, including swooping my 3 year old's hair over her shoulder and calming her wispy flyaways. They choose a variety of poses and really capture everything I would want to remember about my 2 and 3 year old. My only suggestion would be to allow an option to purchase retouched photos instead of the raw ones. Sometimes kids have blemishes or bumps and it would be nice to photoshop those out before having to buy prints. Their website is also extremely unfriendly and doesn't work well with mobile phones. You also can't really see the proofs they give you because you can only look at small blurry images on their old, clunky website. However, despite their low budget, bad website, you get stellar photos, online ordering if you can manage, and you can still order by phone. I have tried other photographers and Fiesta is the only one that yields consistently beautiful photos of my toddler. read more

Fiesta photography has been the photographers for both my daughter and son's preschool. They do an awesome job. My son is awful in regular every day pictures and doesn't look at the camera or smile. For all three sets of pictures he's taken with Fiesta, they have turned out great! He's smiling and even doing the posing! Also- I didn't buy one of his pics right away (his school does spring and fall) and decided I wanted them MONTHS later. Fiesta sent me my code and I was able to access them again! My son's school had pictures about a month ago. I received the sample pictures and they came out so adorable. I have yet to receive the package I ordered, but the background were adorable and appropriate for this fall time. And not to mention the number of poses I was able to choose from.
