Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality. Update: Here are all the times that I or my fiancé reached out to cupkeyk events. No messages ever given. It is interesting there is no proof of us reaching out on their end. I think what would be helpful for your business, is if you are unable to get back in contact with customers, to have a default message that you are sick/on vacation, or even have an automated message. It is unprofessional to essentially ghost possible clients. Because we reached out so many times, I am shocked to hear you don't have anything on file on your end.
