Used this photo service right before COVID hit the Bay Area at the end of February 2020. There were a lot of templates for the photo print outs to choose from on their website. I scheduled and paid the deposit online and I spoke to Luis on the phone a few weeks after, all my questions were answered and the details ironed out about a month before the party. LC traveled to Oakland for my event. It went great! Very reasonably priced services. We had a backdrop with props, and added a little extra to get multiple copies of the instant photos. The timer on the camera was set to 10 seconds which allowed us to get our props in time/our poses ready. Professional and painless, I will definitely use again in the future and I highly recommend! I booked LC Photo Booth for a 1st birthday boxing themed party and all I gotta say is you need to book them. They had quick and great communication skills when I booked them. I also want to thank them so much for working with me because I was so indecisive and a little difficult but they were so patient and willing to figure out my vision for the party so I appreciate them for that. I wanted to add on a few last minute items to the packaged I already purchased which I know its a business so I wasn't expecting them to agree but they thankfully agreed which took off a huge weight off my shoulders and just made everything easy. They effectively fulfilled the vision we wanted for the party and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I originally booked the magic mirror booth, but they upgraded me to the magic tower with no extra charges and that was just a highlight and I am so appreciative that they were able to do that. I had about 100 guest and the attendants I don't know how they could put up with so many people but they were so sweet and accommodating. The lighting for pictures were great, the props added more fun, the animations on the screen were hilarious and actually hyped up people taking the pictures, and most importantly the pictures came out beautiful. We were looking for someone to take our family Christmas pictures and a friend referred us to LC Photography. I couldn't be happier with the results. Luis met us at the Japanese gardens in Central Park here in San Mateo. He was on time as agreed. He was very good at finding the best places to shoot the group pictures -- good sunlight, backdrops, etc. He also gave quick and easy instructions which is very important when shooting a group that includes young kids. He was also very, very patient with the kids. Afterwards, he encouraged us to walk around and just be ourselves so that he could take some candid shots of us. The results were fantastic. First of all, Luis was extremely quick in turning around the pictures. He made some great edits to the photos -- cropping, color adjustments, adding "frame" effects, etc. -- that really brought out the beauty of the pictures.
