Every time it is an incredible, interesting, and extremely fun experience . Everything is sparkling clean inside and displayed clearly. The owner is so fun and friendly. Items from the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and even some from the 80s. Everything's in excellent condition she only sells the best condition out there . What a horrible shopping experience. The owner of this store, the pretentiously named Fifi has the worst customer service skills of any retailer I have ever had the displeasure of being around. Not only is she remarkably obnoxious but cruel, talking about her poor husband Alzheime'rs and dementia right in front of the poor man. Talk about second hand embarrassment and heartlessness. In addition, so many items throughout the store have no price and one must defer to the psychotic Fifi for a price, so she can make it up as she goes along. BEWARE! No wonder it's closing. I had no idea what to expect but when I walked in I was instantly greeted by the owner of the store, Fifi, who made me feel so comfortable during my entire shopping experience. The first thing I want to say is that the owner is amazing!! In a time of subpar customer service she went above and beyond. I was struggling to find something to wear to my nieces wedding and she helped me pick out several things to try on eventually I found the perfect outfit. Hate that none of the staff were wearing masks. My grandpa died from covid. The owner of the store had the audacity to tell me I smell bad. Well maybe if you were wearing a mask it wouldn't matter? The employees are unprofessional. I didn't ask for their opinion, but one of them told me purple doesn't look good on me, took a shirt out of my hands and said don't even bother trying it on. I only like to wear purple because it was my grandpa's favorite color... It was probably for the best though because everything is overpriced. Would not recommend coming here. read more

I stumbled upon Fifi and Me coincidentally last night and what I intended to be a quick stop and shop turned into one of the greatest shipping experiences I've ever had!! I spent hours in there admiring the eclectic pieces Fifi has hand collected herself some of which were her own. Beautiful one of a kind vintage pieces at very fair prices given the branding and quality. Fifi made me feel right at home and was so helpful while I was shopping. She would help me carry my clothes to the fitting room and also gave me all the insight detail on some of the brands I picked out. Amazing customer service!!! Her husband even carried my clothes out to my car. I've also never had a vintage coat that i've purchased before given to me on a hanger with a bag to protect like they do at the dry cleaners.
