After waiting a month submitting my TSA surrender paperwork, I called today and was advised that the paperwork was incorrect. NO call, No email, No contact. I have to start over. TERRIBLE customer service, was told by one agent no penalty at 59 1/2 and was told today a 20% penalty. Your agents do not know their business. Had to call twice after being cut off and go through all of the security verifications. 25 minutes on the phone. This was the corporate office, not the local office.
