Always professional. Easy to use. I have used 5/3 for 40 years. Just wish the had longer hours. Maybe Sundays.

I would go less than one star if possible! I opened an account less than a week ago and transferred some money from my previous bank and the check was marked as fraud. Rather than inform me they closed my account without telling me. Fast forward to two days trying to deal with this and I finally get a call in to them and they say within 30 days your accounts will be closed and you need to come get your balance. Do not bank with them if you don't have to! No apology or answer other than we can start you a new account if you like! Hard pass!! read more

I am really impressed with the leadership at this bank. I had an issue with a auto title that I…read morefelt was not properly handled. At first I let it go and stewed over the matter. I then decided I would contact the President, Richard Wolfe to vent my frustration. I thought Rick would side with one of his managers and not address my concerns. It was quite the opposite. He listened to what I had to say and immediately corrected the problem to my satisfaction. He actually exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to do business with this bank again. Outstanding service and personal attention at all levels of the organization.

This location is in a busy shopping center but it is still an easy in and out. They have drive thru…read moretellers and a drive thru atm. I have not been inside this branch. I just go through the drive thru and I haven't had any problems. I have not had to wait and I get through pretty quick.

I was a member of this bank for over 25 years. On 7/28/20 I went to this bank to deposit two checks…read moreinto my account. What I got was the worse in humain service a person could possibly get. First I was told I didn't have an account there. I present my ID to prove I did. I then was asked why was a check written to me from a large cooperation. I dont feel why I received a check is the business of the bank.I refused to answer a d re-asked to Deposit the checks into my account. I was told they needed to speak to management and returned with the same question that I refuse to answer. They refused to Deposit the checks as requested. I then asked to close my account and was told I needed to re-show my ID and wait for them to mail me a check. After a few angry words the teller went to speak to management yet again. Approval was granted to give me my check but not face to face with management to discuss my situation not to convince me to stay as a customer. I was a bit hurt by this and asked for everyones name and a corporate number. The number was given but no name. These people could careless about separating froma customer if over 25yrs

Walking into big national banks like this is what really makes me miss my credit union…read more I came in here for a simple check endorsement made out to both myself and Chase involving my mortgage and insurance company. Knowing that the tellers can't do this, I signed in to see a banker. It took nearly 30 minutes to see one. Now my mortgage company usually allows for a 11-15 grace period on mortgage payments. She saw it as a month overdue (Good to know for the future) and refused to endorse the check without calling their "mortgage department" and had to ask for a supervisor. While I was waiting I promptly paid my mortgage on a mobile device Now I don't hold it against the banker. No sense in her risking her job, and I get it. I also understand that maybe I shouldn't take advantage of the grace period so liberally. What this does tell me however is that there is TOO MUCH RED TAPE in the national banking industry. No one is allowed to use their brain without consulting the master computer system. Endorsing the check was of no harm to Chase and its going directly back into the asset they are financing. Sheer insanity. The one thing I LIKE about my chase mortgage is that I almost never have to see a person face to face. For an endorsement that should take 10-15 minutes max (taking an hour instead), I don't need their "people" Not a chance I would ever open a personal account with these types of places if I can avoid it. Support your local financial institutions.

This was a secret shop (with employee Daniel, who normally works in Dixon) : He greeted me and…read moreintroduced himself, he asked my name and called me by name, he had a friendly upbeat tone, he made the loan process very easy to understand, he listed the many things this company has to offer it's customers, he started the application by phone, he discussed dates and times for me to come in to finish the application, he presented himself professionally even when he discussed things like how this generation doesn't really buy checks and gave me alternatives when I mentioned my debit card was lost and still hadn't came in the mail yet, he definitely made me want to do business at the Check N' Go, the only thing he didn't do was offer for me to fill the app out online. Other than that he got 5 out of 5 stars for his awesome customer service! -Liz
