Their facilities are always in top condition. Free chacking, free checks (at least for 50 Advantage), free cashier checks, good hours. They also have great deals for cusiness customers. I have done business with many banks in my life - not one has been as good as Centier.

While I understand policies and procedures, the attitude from the employee was completely unnecessary--huffing, puffing, and rolling her eyes over an honest mistake about calling the wrong location. Basic respect and professionalism shouldn't be optional, especially when dealing with caregivers and elderly customers. Very disappointing experience.
