What should have been a 15 min process took an hour and a half! When we got there they didn't have anyone scheduled to meet us, even though we received confirmation las week of our appointment (really!). So, an inexperienced guy did his best to help us and he was very nice and tried his best but had to call their help desk who transferred him around. We finally started complaining so he asked his asst manager to help but even then it took the 2 of them 45 mins before we could leave...and I think they were still trying to input information. I've been to this location 3 times now and every single time it takes forever and their excuse is the technology. it's ridiculous.
