Barb stated that Huntington will absolutely NOT refinance any car loan they carried. This is totally incorrect & verified by corporate loan dept that will will gladly refinance an auto loan. Just take it out like you've been doing! And your online services is a complete lie. Keep it accurate. FYI the money was there for them to take, I just expected an honest service, not getting charged a late fee because they didn't take out the final payment, like they have for the last two years. We will be closing our remaining accounts and finding another bank with competent employees focused on customer experience. On the day her first check was supposed to be deposited she logged in and her account was no longer visible. After 20 minutes on hold, I was told they sent a letter 4 days ago and sent a cashiers check by mail yesterday. They could not provide any details on why the account was closed, what amount was being refunded or when that check would arrive (regular mail - no tracking).
